    The Sound quality is good, but the Head set has been broken. The weight of the ear piece is heavy and it's broken. When I took the Headset to Best Buy, they said I dont have warranty and cannot be repaired. Waste of $100.00. Please do not buy this item anywhere and that too in Best Buy.

    The headset is alright, the downside is how sensitive the mic is to the sound from the headset. I’ve configured all the settings multiple times and nothing works. When I’m in any group chat and playing my microphone always picks up the sound coming from the headset and is very annoying for my friends. I do wish I went with another headset

    For some reason, the mic quality isn't as good, probably due to the use of 3.5mm jacks rather than USB.
