Sound quality is a little bit of compared to music headphones, maybe it was because the headset is more focused on gaming, where you need to hear footsteps more than anything else.

Nothing to do with Best Buy! But the head phones are really heavy, and sound is loud but for all the wrong stuff, I use for call of duty and these headphones are not to hear footsteps I’ll tell ya that

Pretty good headset. I have big ears and for the first few days it was pretty uncomfortable and considered returning. I got more used to it but still does feel a bit uncomfortable sometimes.

They work good for what they are very easy to use i would of liked for the ear cushion to be more comfortable but other than that I like the headset that’s only reason I’m giving it a 4 star

These were to be a replacement for another brand. They didn’t connect easily and didn’t perform the way I had wanted. The features were sub-par. I’m buying my original brand and returning these.

Gave it 4 stars because coming from the cloud 2’s I wanted to try these just because I like hyper x. I thought the cloud 2’s were slightly better. These in all black look nice though.

Was a Christmas present for my grandson and he loves it. Works on Xbox.. his computer .. his switch. He is a happy camper

I hate this headset for a few reasons. 1 - If you're in discord with friends, the audio from the game bleeds through your call and your homies can hear everything in your game and theirs. Awful. 2 - Solving this bleeding audio issue took several hours and the fix was messing with quality levels in microphone and audio settings since they share a channel. 3 - My friends in Discord report that my microphone sounds tinny and awful. I'm getting a new headset. This one sucks. Save your money.

Works well. A note for when someone says that you are echoing. Turn down the volume on your headset. The microphone will pick up the sound and they will hear the echo.

I needed a gaming headset with a better microphone, so i bought this. The mic does not work AT ALL, and the audio is significantly worse than my last pair. Wasted money on headset that does not work Im beyond frustrated

Works as intended. The cord is a bit short and ends in a single 3.5mm jack, comes with a splitter to audio in and audio out which is slightly longer

Ear cups too small for adult male head. Clamping force ia tight. Sound is ok. There are better options.

These are just about $10 more than the next model down. Worth that and more. Better quality, headphones are bigger and more comfortable. Great headphones.

Purchased to have (in game) conversations with my Son These worked well for that. Have not used for music or other activities as of yet.

We ended up returning this headset. It was heavier than the Corsair brand we stuck with.

Microphone cuts out and doesnt work well.tried all known troubleshooting, not able to get it working

I bought it for my gamer boy- he’s enjoying it. So far so good. Seems to be well known brand amongst gamers. Kid loves it and that’s all it matters!

They are pretty great, my only issue is sometimes after long hours they get to feeling a little tight on my head. Other than that they are great
