    Ive been trying to contact the manufacturer and they refuse to contact me, reply to my emails or phone calls, beware When i call they say they will call back with status and I never get a call back

    I love them! The only problem is that sometimes my friends can hear themselves through the mic if my volume is loud.

    The sound sounds crappy it's nothing like the hyper x cloud 2 which has excellent sound! This alpha has a mumbled sound to it!

    Everyone I know that uses these cannot fix the echo you give off and when I used them the sound wouldn’t reflect witch way the people were coming from in game and my friends sounded like squidward on meth

    Only had a month and friends are hearing echoes from my mic. Something is off this is the second one to do this.

    I am using this headphone but its microphone is not working, I have tried many times but its still same. I was out of states when this product delivered to me. But when I came back and tested this product, mic was not working and product is no more returnable
