Automatic deal breaker, common issue with these headphones. Returned and went back to my xbox wireless set.

The audio feed may leak causing the microphone to pick up if you've positioned your microphone too close to yourself and maxed out your volume. We recommend placing the boom mic about three fingers width away and setting the audio to about 75%. Worked great at first, but suddenly stopped working after 11 months. Mic wont pick up voice, but somehow still picks up audio coming through the earpiece. No idea how that works. Utter crud. Tried it on multiple devices.

These headphones are extremely heavy and uncomfortable to wear for long periods of time. The sound quality is mediocre. My pair only lasted a few months. You're better off buying a different set of headphones.

I have used both a pair of the Bose QC 35 and Logitech G430 and those fit much better than the Cloud Alpha. They get very hot very fast and my ear are resting against the insides which makes them extremely uncomfortable. They cinch way to tight to my head and cause discomfort. Anyone with a larger head that wears glasses and wants a pair of over-ear should avoid these.
