I am very hard of hearing to the point hearing on my I Phone is almost IMPOSIBLE !!! After trying other headsets I purchased This Hyper X -Cloud Alpha wired Stereo Gaming Headset. I was told by the employee I spoke too that at Best Buy that I would be able to plug it into the handset at work on the landline and it would work. We had pugged it into my iPhone after buying an I Phone cord and it worked awesome !!! Unfortunately, not so with the telephone at work !!! Can't find the right sized plug 2.5 mm that phone system requires (also purchased from Best Buys). When I finally found one from Amazon and ordered it, I am unable to hear through the head set. Very frustrating not only to me but also my manager and the guests I speak to !!!!!

Good sounding headset and comfortable but the microphone sounds terrible and is way too sensitive and will pick up lots of background noise

The headset worked well for the first month. The plug broke after one month, not excessive pressure or anything. Bestbuy or Hyper x will not take any responsibility. Kingston(Hyper x) has very poor service, but also was not expecting this denial from bestbuy. Never again.

I have had this headset under 3 months and it won't turn on, won't charge. It is junk. I am unable to get any product support either.

Bought this for my wife. Had them for about a month and then they stopped working almost completely. Glad we bought the Geek Squad warranty so the exchange process was pretty easy, even with the fact that we had to go with a different brand.

Terrible unusable headset. The mic is so sensitive that it picks up every little sound to the point where it is very disruptive in game/party chats. Within a week I switched back to my $50 old headset. Buy any other headset.

The microphone echoed when using it on PS5 and Xbox series X. I tried multiple different settings and it didn’t help.

Decent heaset for the price, hyperx clould 2 are similar but the surpundspund is better on the alpha

I'm not sure if my headphones are defective, but the sound quality on mine was really bad. The bass was the weakest bass I have ever heard and overall, the headphones were really quiet. The headphone band hurt the top of my head and it felt like it was putting a lot of pressure. The only thing okay was the microphone. The headphones I used before was the razer electra v2 and the sound quality was way better. Will not be purchasing from this brand again.

i tried everything to get the microphone to work but my laptop claims it isnt plugged in no matter what i do. yes, its plugged in all the way. Absolute waste.

Headset felt really small and I dont have a huge head. I found it rubbing against my ears and honest the sound wasnt that great. Returned.

I used this to talk to my friends in discord and if i turned my volume up past 10% my mic would pick up the audio from the headset. It was terrible.

They stopped working after a week. On all platforms the mic was no good. Troubkeshot with Fortnite for hours and never worked. A cheaper pair of turtlebeach recon 700’s worked instantly.

Poor quality for a gaming headset, the bands on the side are way too tight. Iguess i should have tried the display ones on my head before purchasing.

Old headset died after 5 years had to get a new one. Seen the Microphone on this one come off so thought I would try it. Got home and couldn't get it to work with Skype or Discord. Took it back and got a refund.

Stopped working 4 weeks after purchase. Yet only returnable within 2 weeks. Absolute trash product.

Comfort was subpar and the sound was muffled and not clear/crisp like one would expect at this price range. I returned and saved $50 by going with the cloud stingers.
