Only used on Xbox using Dolby Atmos app for Xbox Wasn't on the hyper x cloud then I tried them and wow great sound. Best positional audio clear sounding headset. Pros. Amazing sound Good directional sound Immersive Comfortable Build quality Easy to use Cons. Couldn't barely hear my team talk with chat boosted all the way up it's like it adjusted the volume to prioritize game sound vs team chat! Could not hear myself talk with mic monitoring turned all the way up so I was yelling half the time!

Bought this for a friend. Everyone in his party hears their audio back in party chat and it creates a terrible echo. I had to have it shipped cause he lives far away. Literally from the moment plugged in it did this.

Amazing headset! It is insanely comfortable, I’ve had mine for over a year and the padding hasn’t wore at all. The sound quality is so crisp and the padding blocks out all surrounding sound which allows you to be fully immersed in whatever game you are playing. Highly recommend!

I've normally been one to always get Razer products, such as headsets. My head is an awkward size, and the Razer Kraken headset just squeezes incredibly tight. Within putting on the Cloud Alpha headset, it was insanely comfortable. On top of being detachable, and having a super long length it has great sound when paired with a nice sound card or onboard computer audio. I highly recommend this headset if you are a gamer or streamer! I've used it for gaming with my clan on Destiny 2! Great sound, and super clear!

First thing there super comfortable which is really important, when I'm playing black ops 4 for about 7 hours straight. The sound is pretty decent I think they could of done it better, but I really like the sound. As far as in shooter games I feel like with this headset I know where foot steps are and stuff, and my previous headset was the stealth 600s from turtle beach and I felt like I would hear footsteps from the left and its behind me. Overall I really love this headset.

I got these on sale for $50 during the back to school sale I believe. Very good headset, the audio is crisp and clear and the bass sounds and feels nice on the ears. The foam on the actual headset is comfortable and I have yet to sweat while wearing them. The mic is great and it's really high quality for a decently priced headset. With some setting tweaks on the computer and whatever game or audio system you're going to use, the mic sounds just as good as a $120 standalone mic. It's very sturdy too, I've dropped it on the floor quite hard a few times and hasn't broken or anything. Definitely recommend it as a starting or every day use headset.

Of course its not an audiophile's dream, but it's very good build quality makes it very durable, and it has very good sound suppression as well as audio quality, and after very long usage has never made my head hurt. The only headset I've used for 5+ years

These stopped working after 6 weeks of use and they're no longer returnable to Best Buy. Don't waste your money!

Caused awful crosstalk, rendering them useless. People could hear what i was watching over discord. Hyperx wanted me to pay to replace them. Avoid at all costs

Terrible. Got these for my son for Christmas and they’ve already stopped working. Less than a month of use and we are past the one month return window.

I plugged it in and off the bat my mic wouldn’t work and it still won’t work Sometimes it worked but 9.9/10 of the time my mic wouldn’t work but if you want but my experience was horrible.

The warranty ran out and then the earpads started to fall apart lucilky a cheap replacement part but the head set is still going. Strong. Not the best model for a game like rainbow six siege but for the other 97 percent of game it is a better option. It is still good for thoae sound based games not the best.

They sound great, feel sturdy, and are very comfortable. Very happy with them and Best Buys speed of delivery.

Hey Folks - second time buyer of HyperX headsets. My first set were Cloud III's - and after 5 years, they just gave up the ghost. The quality is great, and I expect the same 5 years out of these. I even bought a set for my soon to be ex spouse. The best part, when these are on, I cant even hear her. The value is on point, they are plug and play, what else is there. Go get a set. DONT let the dongle thing scare you. Again, my Cloud III's - the headset failed before the dongle did.

good decent maybe even nice. I had to replace my old headset due to “fall damage” My other headset was the same but red and the mic ended up breaking.

So far this set of headphones work as advertised. Very comfortable to wear and have a good sound to them.

Started off working fine, after 2 weeks it sucks. Cuts in and out during games every 2 - 3 minutes.. Definitely returning this crap for something better

This headset i could recommend. I had hyper x in the past and the comfort is like no other headset that I have ever had. It is so nice. The drivers in the headset is really good giving you good bass and great sound quality. Their is nothing as good as a hyper x headset

Not so great had to return it. Spend the money and get a Bose instead.
