Best Buy does not care about their customers
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Customer service is horrible. Should have been delivered two weeks ago. Best Buy doesn’t care that the reason it wasn’t on time came from their end. Will not shop here again.

Broken wires

Waste of Time
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Ordered two, one didn't and work at all and the other sounded like a lawnmower engine was playing over all game audio. Both were also missing the volume control panel. Terrible

Waste of time

It was so bad that after I took it off my head started to smell like rotten eggs. In addition, the microphone kept giving me issues ultimately forcing me to switch to a different headset company.

Don’t buy these headphones

these break all the time
