Upgraded from a HyperX Cloud Core because I stepped and broke the 3.5mm jack. Would have gotten another but I guess they discontinued it. I got these a few days ago and I must say I’m not surprised by the quality of these headset given that I’m already used to the comfort and design quality from the past headset I’ve had. The sound is great I can hear the highs, mids, and lows. Sound is great upgrade. I play a lot of Halo, Destiny, Gears and Cod so it’s imperative that I’m immersed and know what I’m hearing. The aluminum frame is durable. I love how the cable is removable!! So if the cable get screwed up I just buy a replacement cable rather than throwing the headset out. Overall 10/10

I spent a lot of time looking up what headset I wanted to buy and this was definitely the right pair. Good sound and pretty comfortable. Can't go wrong. The cord tends to tangle easy but I can live with it.

Hyper X Cloud Alpha gives you an amazing sound, Microphone and comfort for your gaming needs. It also works very well for the Nintendo Switch. What a good headset that provides good sound and mic, Hyper X Alpha is the way to go.

Received these when trading in a competitors equal line product. The difference in sound is amazing. Add in the build quality and comfort and these are very good for the price.

Great sound quality. They sit very comfortably in the ear. We don’t use the mic, but the headphones themselves are wonderful.

Overall very pleased with these. Very comfortable and sound great. Not heavy and doesn't cause any issues with being on your head for an extended period of time. Would highly recommend.

Could be better. However, the sound quality really good for 90 dollar headphones. Especially if you don't have enough for the Astro A40s.
