The bass may be too high for some games. Mids and highs are lacking for true audio sounds on things such as footsteps or gunfire. Overall though, ver nice clean sound and comfortable to wear.

The headset produces really clear audio from my music, movies, and games. The microphone is clear and does not cause static like my previous headset. I use this for PC gaming and have no complaints about audio from this headset.

These were fantastic headphones I was a streamer and have worn them for 18 hours straight at one point and my ears never hurt! My ears are very sensitive to headphones but these are fantastic recommend them much more than the cloud II

Although the headset is great the mic failed after a few months. I have not had any luck with quality headsets. So make sure you purchase the warranty so Best Buy can replace. I’ve replaced numerous (different brands) over the years with gaming boys/college students in my house.

What can I say. The ear cushions are so comfy that I forget I'm wearing them. The sleek red design is pretty neat. I mainly use this for my wfh job. Clear call quality. Long cable. And extender cable. Would reccomend.

Premium quality headphones for a great price! Would recommend for anyone that wants an upgraded. Used it for my Xbox One and have no problems.

I owned quite a few HyperX products over the years, as well as some more expensive brands (TB and ASTRO), and these by far are my favorite. People tell me they can hear me crystal clear and the audio is on point.

I have been using Astro A40 and decided to give this a try. I used A40 mixamp pro with this as well. Compare to A40 headset, it lacks the bass but clarity of the sound matches and sometimes better. Plus I got this for half proce of A40 headset.

My son is really enjoying his gaming headset . Easy to use and good sound.

To simply put it, this headset is amazing. The sound quality is superb. When asked how my voice sounded in party chat, my friends said that it was extremely clear. This confirms that the mic quality is also superb. Absolutely amazing product!

Comfort is great but volume control is very poor. Game Sound vs game chat ratio is poor would think there are better options. One nice thing is I can use it om console and PC

Headset is a little tight even though my head's not that big, but I'm sure it'll get better over time. Microphone is also very quiet, but a little tweaking in the windows settings and it's good now.

I really like the audio and microphone quality of this headset. Has inline controls which is cool. Has a long cord which is usually a must. my only complaint is one of personal preference, the ear pieces are just a little too stiff for me

I had the regular hyper x cloud and I could tell the difference right off the bat with the sound it is way better.

The HyperX Cloud Alpha headsets IMHO are the best gaming headset your money can buy without breaking the bank. The sound clarity is phenomenal. The bass response is just right and the treble is not so high that it sounds tinny. The construction and the materials used are top notch. From the durable metal frame to the most comfortable ear cushions, it's hard to beat these headsets. So far, hands down my favorites. BUY THEM YOU WON'T HAVE ANY REGRETS!!!
