Great headset for use on PS5, just plug into dualsense port. Only issue is there isn't a party/game volume slider just the one in the actual PS5 menu so balancing can become tricky

The first time I bought this brand was in 2017, they are of high quality and their duration is excellent.

Prefer Alpha > Hyper X Cloud II for console. You can manually adjust volume on alpha for series X. USB for hyper X does not work on consoles.

One of the most comfortable headsets I've owned. This is my 2nd one that I owned. Nothing was wrong with the first one, I just wanted a 2nd one for my other build.

Good headset, but the surround is just OK I would say.

I bought this headset in about a year the left ear just randomly stopped working. I treat my headset very well, just setting it down on my desk each day and picking it back up to use the next. There is no reason one ear should just stop working. Kingston replaced the headset and then a year later the same exact thing happened to the RMA headset. They wouldn't stand by their replacement product and just kept repeating their warranty was out of time from the original headset, with no bearing on the replacement at all. So they could have sent me dud and if it was out of warranty from the original they would have done nothing. I cannot recommend this company or product at all. Look elsewhere for a company that will back their products up better. Also, this product itself seems to have an issue with the driver randomly not working.

I am working online and using them every day. I find them very reliable. They have a very good microphone and provide a high quality sounds.

Bought this for my husband and he said it is a really nice headset. Everyone we play with also says that they can hear him crystal clear even when he has his volume turned down.

I bought these for my sister. She said they work really well. I have used Hyperx for years and enjoy the quality.

My son loved them and up until recently, they would have gotten 5 stars. These were purchased on June 24 and by August 10 there were issues. I am hoping it was just a fluke, they are being exchanged today.

Definitely not worth the price. There is easily better wired mics for lower prices than this.

Great headset I returned the turtle beach stealth 600 for these. The only thing I’m not a fan of is the chat volume & mute control it’s kinda tricky. Otherwise it’s a awesome sounding headset.

Love this headset , I’ve gotten it replaced once and the customer service was great and never had an issue getting a replacement.

It has some trouble connect to my Xbox controller and I have to play around with the cable to get it to work which is kinda annoying but everything else is great

Durable and great quality!!! Would highly recommend for any gamer. I purchased this for my grandson and he uses is daily!

For the price I paid, very happy with overall value.
