The weight of the ear piece is heavy and it's broken. When I took the Headset to Best Buy, they said I dont have warranty and cannot be repaired. Waste of $100.00. Please do not buy this item anywhere and that too in Best Buy.

I’ve configured all the settings multiple times and nothing works. When I’m in any group chat and playing my microphone always picks up the sound coming from the headset and is very annoying for my friends. I do wish I went with another headset
