    My son received these headphones for Christmas 2018. Literally one week later the microphone stopped working. Best Buy replaced them under the protection plan.. the mic stopped working (again) today. Not sure if it's the product or the user, either way, I'm thankful for the protection plan! I'm going for lucky #3.
