It comes with a 2 year warranty so I’m very pleased & he’s happy. These are metal not plastic another reason for my purchase

Great audio for me and others can hear me fine as well. Very comfortable to wear albeit a tad heavy, but I notice the weight after adjusting the headband cushion.

Echoey sound for other parties

My friends hears echo within their own voices and It catches it on my gaming recording. I can’t hear the echoey when they’re speaking but they hear it
