Very comfortable and microphone works great. Decrease surrounding noise.

I bought this with the intention of doing Zoom meetings or other virtual meetings because of wanting to work from home. I have not used it for that yet, but have used it to listen to music or watch videos on my computer. It works very well, as the Best Buy associate told me....good sound quality.

Had it for a couple months, sound quality is pretty good but insanely long cable so it is very easy to damage overtime, overall good purchase.

I bought this for my 10 yr old. I loved that it could be used with both Xbox and PC, so I didn't have to buy him 2 separate headsets. They were decently priced for a beginner gamer. He's 10, he doesn't need a $200 headset.

The hyper x cloud alphas are the comfiest gaming headset i’ve worn with an incredible sound and punch to them.

I used this headset on Xbox and PC for both streaming and gaming. The only game I did not absolutely adore this headset on was Escape from Tarkov. Every other game had crisp, clean, and thorough sound. The 7.1 virtual surround sound allowed for me to hear the enemy reloading. Every once and I while I could hear the enemy remove a pin from a grenade around the corner. Great headset.

Only 2nd pair for a teenager. 1st pair lasted almost 3 yrs and yes, he's a typical teen and rough on these!

I watched several YouTube reviews, read a ton of articles and read comparisons before making a purchase. The Hyperx Could Alpha's were and still are topping the charts. I decided to buy them and found that the 1st set I got, the MIC didn't work and kept dropping out. I had to keep unplugging it and plugging it back in to get it to work. I returned them. I decided to give it another try and while everything is working, I found that the ear cups are way to small. I myself do not have large ears. The ear cups are to small to go around the ear like the should and therefore pinch the outer part of your ears. All that said, while the sound is great compared to others out there, wearing them is not at all sustainable without taking them off every 5 minutes or stuffing your ears into the small ear cups. Either way, they hurt.

Torn between this and the Artic 5. So far this this headset is excellent. Great sound and very comfortable.

I have 8 pairs of headsets for various consoles and these by far are the most comfortable, best sounding there is.

My husband loves his new HyperX Headset, they are built very well and sturdy, and the sound is amazing.

I enjoy the build quality for the price on almost all hyperx products over other gaming companies. I did return these a little to heavy for me on my head. I wanted something lighter and open back design so my ears didn’t get so warm during long gaming sessions. Settled on Astro A40s but I do recommend these if you like closed back for more noise isolation and high build quality for the price. Sound was good on them too.

Incredibly comfortable especially if you wear glasses. Audio quality is superior.
