I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my son and the first time he used it, the audio cable was faulty.

I am a huge audiophile and have been searching through the various amounts of headsets. I tried the Arctis 7's and really don't understand the hype, wasn't a fan. The Cloud Flight's however, have been one of the only headsets I would put against my Astro a50's(nothing wrong with my A50's), just looking to see if there is something out there that will better fit my audio preferences. These are absolutely great, they are comfortable, they are decently loud, they sound quality is fantastic, nice bass and still clear mid and highs. Overall I am very impressed. Good job HyperX.

This product's insertion points for the microphone do not fit correctly. been a problem since we bought it a month ago. returning it.

The thing broke right after i was out of warranty and no one cared a bit. Could not even get geek squad or manufacturer to look at it.

Friends said the mic volume is too low even when I turned it up and it cuts in and out. They were not able to hear me so I returned this set.

Not enjoyable when I have to constantly spend 5 minutes troubleshooting my mic just to realize I need to pull the mic out and put it back in.

I bought these to replace a week old pair of HyperX Stinger wireless headphones that I had to return because of muffled mic issues. I'm actually kind of happy that I had to return the Stinger's because I like the fit of the Flight's a lot better. The Flight's fit me a little more snug -the Stingers were a little loose. The Flight's have a much longer battery life and I think they are more comfortable. Gaming online other players said that my voice is clear. The only thing that I really dislike is hearing the echo of everything I say in the headset... It's very distracting. If I can't find a way to shut that feature down I will probably return these as well. I guess it's a feature that some people like...

These are mediocre headphones that are so flimsy. I only had it for 2 days before I realized it would be no time until the headphones broke. BEWARE!!

Signal not great at all, dongle is flimsy, battery life sucked

Must have been wired wrong because footsteps on my right in games came out the left ear and right out of left.

Too many steps to set up for something as basic as a headset. Not even that comfortable!

Headset broke after 1 week of normal use. The microphone kept falling out.

I picked up the HyperX Cloud Flights to replace my SteelSeries Arctis 7. Both headsets are phenomenal. However, the thing that makes the Flights better is the same thing that should have put the Arctis 7 in the lead. The SteelSeries Engine software isn't incredibly useful. It offers the ability to configure different sound profiles and to enable or disable the virtual 7.1 surround. However, the software fails to recognize programs and switch profiles automatically. The Flights have no extra software and just work. If you're into PUBG, this is the best headset I've used. Make sure not to enable Microsoft Sonic or Dolby Atmos for PUBG but those are ok for other games like Battlefield 1 and CoD WWII. The Flights are light, comfortable, and you can hear the enemy from a decent distance and know exactly where they are. Happy killing!

Sound quality was poor, I recommend looking elsewhere.

I have been using this headset for the last few years on my pc and love it. The sound quality and mic quality is great and very light on your head so it doesn't hurt to wear them for hours on end. Even after a few years, the battery will last me the whole day, They go on sale sometimes so that is the perfect time to pick a pair up!
