However, the mic does not stay plugged into the headset. It is very loose and basically just drops out of the headset. It's unfortunate because it was able to connect via the dongle plugged into the PS4. Will be returning for a different option.

Within the first week the audio started to cut out randomly and more and more often as time went one. The mic cuts out just as much. Not worth the money. I would not recommend to my worse enemy it's a piece a crap.

The mic cuts out and the quality just isn't there. The sound quality isn't great either. I would recommend the steel series arctis 7 which cheaper and so much better for this price range.

DO NOT BUT!
