Headset is comfortable and has excellent stereophonic sound. I have not had much luck with the microphone but I do not know if it software or hardware related; it picks up my speaking but when I play it back it is not good quality (which could be me but on a telephone when I hear my voice it is of good quality so I do not understand why this microphone is not producing reasonable quality).

Memory Foam Comfort is no joke... it's incredible! This isn't just not-uncomfortable like most headsets, it actually feels rather pleasant. Sound Quality is great, no cracking or interference like wireless headsets have (this is wired don't be mistaken) Set-up... What setup? Plug and play, no bulky software needed (I'm looking at you Logitech/Razer...) Remote is great. Buttons for volume *and microphone* volume up and down, as well as mic mute. High quality packaging

This headset is comfortable and the noise cancelling aspects are great. Wearing this for 8-10 hours a day for work these days. I did not like that the microphone is located on the left and cant be detached or moved to the right side. I ultimately picked up a microphone "podcast" assembly and wear the headset backwards so that the microphone doesnt sit right up against my face. As a headphone i love this, as a microphone it was decent.

Great headset with a solid microphone. Its very comfortable and can be worn for extended amounts of time without bothering the ears or head. Sound quality is perfect. For what you get extra it is definitely worth the price. Its pretty easy to use but does take some time to get used to. Overall 5/5

The HyperX Cloud II headset has a durable design that I know will hold up for endless hours of gaming. I have another HyperX Cloud II at home for another family member and when it came time to replace another headset, I sought out another HyperX Cloud II. The closed-back design is great if you have family members playing different games in the same room.

I have bought this headset for for each family member and everyone loves it. We tried other headsets but the quality is just better with the Cloud 2. From sound to build quality and comfort.

These are pretty nice quality and comfortable. The boxing was very nice and the headset itself seems of great quality. I can't give the best advice for quality because I have only played Black Ops 4 with it so far and the game directional sound is all messed up. Sometimes the mic needs to be close for people to hear you well but not as bad as some people state on here....most programs and Windows allows you to change output anyway. I don't mind the wire too much even though I came from wireless. I didn't want to spend over $100 so I am pretty happy with what I got.

I bought this headset as an upgrade from my turtle beach headset I had used for awhile. I am beyond satisfied with the quilting and comfort of this headset. I use this for my pc via usb & can switch it over to my Xbox using the 3.5mm jack. The sound quality is crystal clear on both ends. If you’re considering this headset, you won’t be disappointed. I’ve had this for a couple months already and no problems at all.

Best headset overall The microphone is not a bad one for the price and the sound quality is better than most expensive ones for gaming. The frame of the headset makes it so durable so its not gonna break easily

The headsets turned out to be better than what I expected for the price. I bought them for my son for Christmas and he loves them. They are lightweight, comfortable and great sound quality. I would recommend them highly. We have went through multiple gaming headsets and these are the best so far. The last headset he had was his favorite and he did not want to change. I could not find them any longer. I assume they were discontinued. Now these are his favorite.

Bought these 3 times (for 3 people) because each time they love them! Microphone can be detached which is a plus and they would perfect! Super comfortable and has optional surround sound!

My boyfriend told me about this headset since I was looking for a new one. I looked into it and saw it had a lot of good reviews, and honestly, I can now see why. It was easy to connect to my computer since it used usb(my pc separates the mic and audio input), very adjustable and very comfortable. I’d say the price is good for the quality because it doesn’t feel cheap at all.

With the metal finishes on this headset, these really feel like their built with quality in mind. They feel sturdy, and they feel like they'll be able to handle the abuse that my kids throw at it. The sound is great with this on, and have had no complaints with other people that we are playing online with. Of course, we also purchased the Geek Squad warranty on this one.

one of the best gaming headset for affordable price. and definitely would recommend for someone who has a big head dimension like me. the sounds could improve more but the mic the totally best out there, I do receive a lot of compliments for the sounds, clarity of the mic when I talk. maybe because its wired. happy with this purchase totally worth it.

This is by far the best gaming headset I've ever owned. Bought because my last headset hurt my ears. This set fits perfectly over my ears (I have big ears) - no pain and the sound is great. Good outside noise canceling also. I can't tell how great the mic sound is going out, but fellow gamers haven't voiced any issues. For the price, this is a great headset to grab.

I've only used it for about 4 days now and I've enjoyed it thus far. Haven't noticed any issues with build quality the parts included. Only issue so far is that the dual 3.5 connector doesn't fit either the front panel or IO shield on the back so I'm forced to use the USB instead. Not a deal breaker or anything since that's where the digital 7.1 surround sound comes from. Still have a few weeks to test it out and see how well it performs. Definitely see myself keeping this product and maybe even getting a warrant for it.

I tried these headphones after originally trying the Hyper X Stingers and they did not fit my ears, but these fit them so nicely, a very comfortable fit. Sound quality is as it should be, very high! Haven't tried surround sound. The microphone does not match the quality of the headphones, but they sound as good as a headset should. I had to download an external program to turn up my microphone because windows does not allow it. Overall, a good purchase and I'd reccommend these are the ones if you already have a microphone and you just need headphones.

This was actually my 2nd pair. After a couple years my last HyperX mic piece started going bad. Instead of looking for the mic piece by itself, I gave the headset to my daughter and bought a whole new one for me. I've never had any comfortable fit problems, incoming audio sounds perfectly to me (though I'm no audiophile), and Discord friends hear me just fine.
