A: With the microphone volumes maxed out in Windows 10 Pro and on the sound card on the cord, the bar on the Settings -> Sound options never peaks above about 25% even when yelling into the microphone. But there is a fix: 1. Download EqualizerAPO64-1.2.1.exe (reboot after this step) 2. Download PeaceSetup.exe (this is a skin that gives Equalizer APO a more friendly GUI). 3. On YouTube search for “How to fix HyperX Cloud, Alpha, Revolver & Stinger microphone recording level (ANY headset)” video. Follow the instructions provided in the video and you are off to the races. And just like that, the microphone is no longer on the “Con” list. Hope this helps!

Q: Is this compatible with Nintendo Switch - anyone play Fortnite w/ it?
A: No. Systems it support are PS4, Xbox One, Windows 8, Windows 7, Windows Vista and Mac.
A: I use this with a PS4 to play games, mostly Fortnite. Sound quality is great! I would recommend.
Q: Will this work on the USB port on a smart tv just for listening?
A: No, not on LG tv’s. Lg does not have a setting for usb out.
Q: Is the microphone removable?
A: Yes it is. The microphone comes can be removed and you have a removable cover you can put in its place to protect the jack from anything!
Q: is the usb for using the headset on pc?
A: Yes, you just plug it into your usb and it powers the headset.
Q: Do I need an adapter for Xbox one?
A: Phillip, it depends on which controller you have. If you have the newer style Xbox controller, it has the headset jack right on it, so you don't need an adapter. If you have the older style, then yes, you do.
