for the love of god this headset is amazing!!! I made the switch from wireless because i was experiencing some issues with every single headset i bought and i was fed up with it. i made my return and when to go buy these. the sound quality that come out of this headset is phenomenal. directional audio is great on console and pc. the 7.1 surround sound is only offered through the USB device that comes with the headset. I mostly use this on my pc so i keep it hooked up with the USB. these 50mm drivers are doing their job! on the USB device you get a button in the middle that lets you choose to have the surround sound on or off and you get mic controls as well as volume controls. the mic is decent enough. not neccessarily professional sounding but if you have a usb or xlr mic you really dont need it but it gets the job done. the ear pieces are very comfortable you get two sets the pleather ones that are on and some fabric ones with red coloring on the inside. they are comfortable and the headset is very light and sturdy to the point you dont even feel you are wearing them. at this price range you get something that you would expect to cost more. i recommend this to anyone looking for a good headset to last with good quality audio. even if you are just getting started or a seasoned gamer!

These are pretty good headphones. There are a couple flaws with them though. The sound quality is really good so that is a positive with these. The headphones also look nice. You can either connect the headphones via USB or a headphone jack. If you use the headphone jack the cord is really short - 2 to 3 feet probably. That is the downside. Also we don’t think the microphone is the best, but it is detachable. Overall a good set of headphones.

These have nice soft cups and a extra velvet like feel very soft I like that touch and the unboxing experience very nice. The sound is good for the price got these for $70 and they sound like a $140 headphones . I play call of duty ,fifa and 2k etc.. Cons sometimes do they have a crackle my pair those but doesn’t bother me the weight and sound kept me from returning these I can’t wait for the new update the Cloud 3. The nice carrying pouch was a nice touch too! Great mic light weight I got the black & grey to match my Elite series 2 controller.

I was looking for a decent headset, and I was struggling trying diferent brand, but none of them fit and they were uncomfortable. Then, I found out about the HyperX - cloud II. I friend recommend me the headset and I gave it a try. So far, the hyperX cloud II are of the best headset I ever bought. They fit perfectly, it can be adjusted, they are comfortable and I think they are a great value for their price. Definitely, a product I would recomend.

literally the best headset for your money. i've cycled through almost every "high end" brand and for what i personally look for in a headset, this is the one. just recently bought my second pair of these. i use them with the turtle beach controller adapter for console. 10/10 sound, mic, quality and comfort.

These headphones are great with the added digital 7.1 surround sound. The noise cancellation is amazing. The microphone is perfect for working from home or streaming. You can have things in the background that you would think are being picked up by the microphone but it’s able to cancel out the background and focus on you. The major thing I wasn’t happy with were the ear cups weren’t glasses friendly. The plastic covers that hold the wires and connect the ear cups end up cracking and breaking within a year of use. If the plastic covers were correctly designed then these headphones would be a solid 9. Fix the glasses issue and you have a pair of headphones that you’ll never want to get rid of.

Wish they were a little bit louder but still a great headset. Really light and comfortable while in use. Cable a bit short but not a big deal. Great noise cancellation, its like I'm in the game when I throw the headset on.

I bought this at the suggestion of my little brother. It works amazingly with the PS5, wether I want to directly attach it to the controller or via USB into the PS5. I don't usually use the 7.1 surround with the PS5, but its still pretty good. The fit is amazing, so is the comfort. And most importantly, the volume quality, amplitude and bass are amazing. The quality is unmatched, even after 6 months, they look brand new. The mic quality is also pretty good.

I highly recommend these headsets. I tried all of them at Best Buy myself & these are by far most comfortable & light weight. The sound is very high quality & it is surround sound. $98.99 and it’s metal instead of plastic. It’s perfect for my son’s PS4.

This headset has been put through a lot. it’s been thrown MULTIPLE times(im a cry baby i know) and it has held through perfectly since i got it. the balance in the equalizer could be better but everybody has preferences so that’s just me. super comfortable to wear and lightweight surprisingly. the only problem is with the adjustable mic. it did last me around probably 3 months by now but it’s starting to stop staying where i position it but it’s an easy 15 bucks for a new replacement mic. overall this thing has been one of the best headsets i’ve ever owned. 100 percent recommend to anyone looking for a cheap but not cheap out buy with great quality. don’t mind the fuzz on the ear covers lol

I'm totally not a gamer, but I work for a financial institution working at protecting consumers from credit card fraud. Since working from home I've had to continually try new headsets because they are complete junk. In not even 1 year have had over 3 headsets. Customers would say I sounded crappy, static, cutting in and out. Just purchased these and OMG an unbelievable diff. Nobody has complained, it's totally crisp and clear on every call.

Been using this for a while now,and i have to say this is the best for when you're playing music,games,and phone the mic is super delightful the stereo 7.1 IS GOOD FOR MUSIC DEFINITELY and the mic comes off too and the overall headset is superior when you're traveling 5 stars highly recommend

ive used pletny of headsets and this really stands out. its high fidelity drivers makes games sound very clear. it also has crisp sound for music with deep bass, aswell as its comfortable to wear for hours and is very durable. very good headset. only thing thing i would change is to have a better mic. the mic is good by headset standards but could obviously be better.

Great quality headset. I love how it comes with a travel bag and two sets of ear cushions. You can either use the leather ones or the softer felt like ones depending on your preference. These work great on my PS5 as well using the 3D surround sound.

A solid headset. Sounds good and is comfortable for long periods of gaming. Bass is good and game sounds and team chat and calls sound good and clear. The microphone could be a bit better, but the included pop filter is nice. Comes with extra cloth ear pads if you find the leather ones too hot or not your style

It is a decent headset, the quality of the sound is sort of mid. I feel like the 7.1 surround sound sim is gimicky and doesn't work as well as you would hope when you game. Overall the build quality and feel is pretty solid. I like that it also came with soft pads aswell.

Great headset. You can hear from a mile away! Amazing audio, very comfortable and your voice comes out very clear. Not so much background noise pickup either.
