    Excellent sound. Only has volume controls if it plugs into a USB otherwise it would be 5 stars.

    The audio for this headset is by far the best i have ever had but, my mic on it randomly stopped working after about a month

    My kids are always complaining that the microphone doesn't work - and it takes me a while to figure out why. We wind up rebooting everything and it comes back. but it's tiresome. I probably wouldn't buy this one again.

    Wanted a good wired gaming headset , however this one had issues with the mic.. sound quality was good, but removable mic would not stay engaged when in use...
