This was originally purchased to use with the Xbox. The sound quality is very good but the surround sound is just ok for gaming. Very happy with it at the $100 price. The mic is very good and the sound quality from it is great for streaming. I would recommend this to anyone on a budget. Even being a few years old now, I am not disappointed at all and would buy again. We have not used this on a PC yet so I can’t comment there but we have used it with a cell phone and it does a great job but you have to use an adapter with our Apple phones. The headset is plug and play. No apps to load or configuration necessary. The Xbox does have some settings you can adjust to your likings but not really necessary.

Extremely comfortable and sound is great no cons everything is nice about it. You can not only use it for games but when your on a plane or traveling they work as headphones too.

Bought these for my son, who picked them out. He says the sound is excellent and they’re very comfortable. Got them on sale, which was a bonus!

I am usually not a fan of double muff headsets - but these are FANTASTIC! They fit nicely, are very comfortable for long wear, and they set up instantly with laptop. I absolutely love the choice of USB connection and/or 1/8” connection so I can use them on different products. The “event” for which I purchased these, I am using the side mute switch like crazy (so much easier than trying to mute in the program) - LOVE that there is a switch! The 7.1 surround is an extra added bonus! ♥️ Perfect all around; great price; excellent product!

Awesome headset, definitely worth the price. It is very comfortable and comes with 2 types of ear pads and has a detachable mic.

I bought this for my 16 year old daughter for Christmas and everywhere she go she have had these headsets on. You know how you can just tell a that a gift was greatly appreciate it. Well this is one of them and price very reasonable due to past buying some headsets that was $160 so I greatly recommended plus love how the Mic is able to disconnect so now I am just looking on durability. I wish that review was able to have a follow-up review after a year because that will truly show a person true opinion.

Sounds great. This is my second pair not sure what happen with the first but I couldn’t hear out of it anymore which was strange. But this pair works great.

The compatibility with PC/PS4/X1 is a great selling point. They're comfortable and sound good. Don't think too much about this. Just get em.

Best headset under $200 you can buy. Spectacular sound, clear coms, comfortable, easy to setup and use.

I have used several headsets and for the price this one definitely gives the best quality for the price, but if you have the money get the gen 4 astro a40s

I'll make this short and sweet. I'm VEERRYY picky when it comes to headsets. Most of the time they are to heavy, or uncomfortable around the ears. A friend of mind recommended I really try these and told me I would not be disappointed. Well, to my surprise, he was right! Very light: I can use them for hours, fits nice and snug around the head, and feels really good around the ears. Both cups feel good around my ears; the cloth ones I use the most. Please Note: I had to search Youtube to figure out how to change the ear cups. No instructions in the books told me what I needed to do to change this out. -1 for lack of instructions with the ear cups.

Good headset for the price. I have a wireless for my xbox, so im not too please with going back to a wired headset, but my friends tell me they can hear me great, and it works on my pc. Only reason im goving it a 4 out of 5 is because you cajt get away from the noise canceling. Would be nice if there was a feature to switch between, or i just havent figured it out. Overall, cant complain.

Sounds great, looks great and comfortable to wear. Gamed with a friend and told him about the new headset, he went out and bought one too.

Had to warranty my Golds so decided to purchase these after reviews online. I have a pretty large head and these fit really well. Light weight and enjoying the 7.1 surround feature.

Very comfortable and clear-sounding headset. We use it for playing and chatting during gameplay (minecraft online) via our xbox.
