These issues might be caused by the garbage software: HyperX Ngenuity. The headset settings I’ve saved in the software get reset every time I turn on my pc. If my mic is muted and i walk away from the pc and lose connection, the mic will unmute itself - so i have to be particularly careful if i decide to run to the restroom with the headset on, for example. The speakers and mic seem to have an issue where they’ll randomly start popping as sound plays or mic is used. I’ve never experienced so many issues with a headset before. I’ve used hyperx products in the past and enjoyed them, but these are just hot garbage and not worth a single dollar, let alone $100+.

Would be perfect without auto shut off.

The problem is they turn off by themselves after about 15-20 minutes. You can't adjust this at all. Why would anyone develope hardware to be like this?

Posted .Hi, Richard. Thank you for your feedback. The feature is to prolong the battery's life when the headset is no longer active. If there is no audio detected in 20 minutes, it will power off automatically. There is no current feature to disable this but we'll be happy to provide your suggestion to our team.

Disappointed that the software has no equalization settings. I found a nice free equalizer (Equalizer APO) and after spending 30 minutes configuring it the sound is now somewhat adequate.

No issues other than slightly muddy audio and microphone but that is to be expected on a wireless device. I also use wired headphones and a separate microphone at times so I am using those as a comparison.
