Bought as a gift , work great no complaints from who got them .

Sidetone defaults to Off every time you turn the headset on. Every time you use the headset, you're forced to either hold the mute button or turn mic monitoring off then back on in the ngenuity app. It's a very comfortable headset, but it's incredibly annoying that hyperX would lack such basic memory of settings after a power cycle.

Bought them for my husband. They are head friendly as they fit his big noggin. If you have a big head then these headphones will fit comfortably.

Been doing good so far 7.1 sounds great only thing is the Hyperx Ngenuity app is kinda meh but after that great build good sound easy to use

Sound quality is so good, 200000/10!!!!! I honestly recommend getting Hyperx for best sound!

I wanted this to be an upgrade from my Astro A10's, ya know the $50 entry level headphones.... The weren't :(. Terrible mic quality all around and they feel very cheap. I expected more, considering the price & I used to own a pair of their wired headphones a couple years ago. Now I gotta get a refund. Keep in mind I used these on the PS5. & I tried all 3 USB ports too.

It was a good headset but the volume wheel stopped working. Within a month, i didnt drop it or anything. no damage

This brand is incredibly comfortable. However, the past 2 I have bought have lost power and refused to charge, turn on, and many of the buttons refuse to work. Do not buy this brand unless you are confident because I think they have a few batches that are defected and they need to pull it from stores or issue a new version.

My current headset mic wasnt working very well, so I went to BB to purchase another headset. The rep pointed me to this headset and said it was a great headset. This thing is absolute junk! The audio cuts off randomly and i have to unplug the usb port and plug it back in. The same thing happens at random with the mic. I told the guy that i needed it for work and money wasnt an issue. I should have just researched what i needed. Bad on my part i guess.

These headphones came with a constant static noise for me. Although my pair may simple be defective, I would not waste your money with these expensive pieces of garbage.

I bought these on black friday along with a new PC. As soon as i plugged the headset dongle in, it fried my usb ports. My mouse, keyboard and headset would constantly disconnect and reconnect. GO WITH CORSAIR!!!!
