The microphone is so bad, whats the point of selling these with unuseable mics? While I do have a big head, the band is too rigid, they're horribly tight compared to 1000XM3s. The sound is good enough.

Bought this as a gift for the old man who likes to play video games it appears to be working out just fine and I believe he said it’s pretty comfortable on his head and while he plays

Only works for PS5. Does not work on laptop or computer.

Asked associate if this headset could be used for Xbox and they said yes but nope nada only for PC so partially my fault but unsure of quality but this version definitely can not be used for xbox

This wireless headset is by far the easiest to set up and use. All you have to do is put the USB port into your laptop or PC, hold down the power button until the headset and USB port lights up, and go to your settings to switch the sound to your headset and you're ready to go!

I bought this headset and as soon as i turned it on the mic would cut out. The headset as a whole is good quality and worth the money but anytime i try to talk to my friends they complain because the mic keeps cutting out.

Had to return these were the only ones not compatible with the Xbox series

Gets hot after awhile around the ears. Definitely can't hear outside noise if you have them on. Bass and music sounds great. Gets static when you walk near appliances.

Bought for my wife so she can use to work. She did not like. She could not get past 3 feet from the laptop. Sound was good.

Walk in the door and son was waiting saying his turtle bay headphones had died and was begging us to please go get him these. Ordered online and by time we got to the store they were ready and son has no complaints so far with them.

the microphone does not work with computer games. the audio sound was pretty good but does not let you talk to people in games.

I bought these for my child for Christmas but they're not working. When playing a game, the other players can't hear anyone on our end but we can hear them. Need to exchange.

These are great except for turning them on and off they are a little difficult. But other then that they are great.

They are very adjustable which is nice because I have a small head these headphones are also very easy to use and easy to connect to your pc. I would recommend this product.

Those are a solid headphone. battery life is good, work nice for working from home.

I bought these on sale for $50 and even at that price I can’t justify keeping them. The sound quality is atrocious, the comfort is pretty decent, and I enjoy the swivel mic. The lack of EQ is pretty disappointing because if you could adjust that I feel like it might help a little bit but the software does not allow it.

First wireless headset after using logitech ones that kept breaking. So far so good after about a month. Only negative is my friends saying the voice quality isnt as good. Everything else works great.
