Decent wireless for the price. Bass is a little weak but at the price point there are not many headphones that will deliver.

Purchased for my 14 year old grandson who wanted a microphone on his deadphones. He is very happy with these. We were steered to these by a BB employee who recommended for quality and price.

Bought these for my teenager for Christmas. He likes them everyday. Have to tell him to stop yelling to his friends because he can’t hear himself talking and gets louder and louder.

These headphones feel really cheap, the plastic is super brittle! As far a the sound goes, they are reasonable. Due to software issues with the Ngenuity program that controls the "7.1 surround sound settings", I've been unable to try this option out.. I would not recommend this product or any of the other peripherals from this company! Look Else Where!

Garbage. Low build quality and audio quality. While they do contain 7.1 surround sound, they cannot work with my Xbox, lack comfort, and feel cheap. At a $80 price point, I would like to have at least a metal band that doesn’t feel as though it will snap at any moment.

Good headset got on sale and has only one problem, it makes some spotty noises here and there but my guess is it's a driver issue

Bought these because a lot of YouTube reviews said it was a good cheap option. Brought it home as a surprise for my bf and the mic didn’t work in game. It worked when you test the mic in the ps5 settings but wasn’t being heard in games so I had to return

I got these for one of my grandsons. He loved them and I heard him even recommending them to one of his friends. I love the fact that when I purchased them they were on sale.

Did have good sound for a sec but would go out alot for the mic and people said it would be statically. Thus why I returned it

Seems to be working well thus far. A lot of head sets I have had issues with, so I am hoping this one lasts!

I bought these at the end of May 2022. The audio was great and they are wireless, but my friends told me they couldn't hear me on the PS5, then again on the PS4. I stopped using them and bought another headset I found on sale that worked well. Last month I tried hooking them up to my gaming PC and had the same issue. All of the mic settings are maxed and it barely picks up anything. I've now tried them on 2 Windows 10 PCs and one Windows 11, without any luck. I went directly to HyperX about the issue and, after confirming my issues, they sent me a brand new headset. THEY HAVE THE EXACT SAME ISSUE! This issue is on all of the same devices I tested before, with all settings set to max. I don't know what to do anymore because I'm sure I can't get my money back.

Had to fiddle with mic and controller to sync to work

The microphone would cut in and out constantly on my pc and ps4. Tried resetting and charging, Updating drivers and everything I could think of before just returning them. The only saving grace for the product is that it was very comfortable to wear.

I originally purchased the one that plugs in however I ended up returning that one and purchasing this one instead! The wireless function is very convenient.
