it was good for a while then randomly the volume knob stopped working but other than that its been great and i can just change the volume on windows so its fine

The sound quality and battery life is so-so. The real killer is the microphone quality. I cannot understand how a headset with a mic that you can position right up to your face can have so much trouble picking up your voice. I've finished entire sentences before it realized I was talking. Finally had to go buy a used PS Gold headset on eBay to replace the one I wore out before i made the mistake of buying this.

They cut off a LOT. If you are wanting wireless headsets, pay the price for wireless headsets. If not, buy a wired for the same price as this.. let's say Razer Kraken Tournament or Ultimate or Kraken X or whatever wired, or even like a Turtle Beach PX22 and TRUST ME ( I have owned like all of those..) the wire barely gets in the way, and sound quality is SO much better simply because your voice doesn't cut out and in. Nothing wrong on Best Buy's end.

the worse set ever it already fallen a part ,waste of money

Its decent had it for 1 and half. The headset is wobbly because the structure frame is not that good kind disappointed

I am using them to work from home and when a customer calls in they are very muffled even when the volume is turned all the way up They may be better for gaming use only

So as said in the title you need to buy a license after paying for the product- but that's not the worst part of my experience with these things. -The audio quality for the microphone is atrociously bad, you may as well pay $20 for a turtle beach headset. -After buying this license for $14 (plus the $80 I paid for these things), they were "Registered" through the app but would not connect to my PC. Mind you before the license, these things were perfectly fine. -The support page said I needed to connect to the internet via the app when I was literally on their website with a solid connection, so my guess is that there are patches there that need fixing too. All in all, this is just the worst experience I had buying faulty headphones from my nearby BestBuy (it even tops buying a KrakenX tournament series headset and having the microphone not work with no warranty) and I genuinely think the sound quality does not compensate for the stress and issues of setting this thing up and maintaining it.

Returned it because it couldn’t connect to Xbox. Went with turtle beach gen2 700 or something

Bought last year as a gift for my child. He said the clarity wasn't the greatest and mic didn't work that great.

There ok not bad for the price. Its bogus u have to type so many characters

This was actually for my nephew and he ended up returning it for a different pair of headphones and I’m not sure of the reason

This headset is not friendly to those who has a big head like me. It hurts when you wear it for more than an hour.
