The sound quality is great. But the mic wouldn't work unless I was holding it in place. So if you're a gamer, wouldn't recommend.

The old version of this headset was great, however this version is absolutely terrible and a downgrade in every way. It feels beyond cheap, even though it's the same price as the old version. The headset squeaks whenever you move a tiny bit, there is no audio feedback when you put the mic up (there used to be a click). You can no longer rotate the ear muff things (you could on the old one). Cushion material is worse than the old fake leather. The plastic feels really hollow and cheap. Really don't know why they changed it, because before they had a great wireless headset for the same price. Now it's really bad and I'm just going to return mine for a different brand. There are better headsets out there for slightly more money/same price.

head phones were fine but my microphone did not work. my friends in the party could not hear me and my microphone was turned up all the way. maybe i got someones return, but either way, the microphone did not work well at all. will be returning.

Bends and breaks easily do not recommend sitting these down on a table the only way iß to have the put in a space chamber to float to protect them

Sounds quality is horrible, no matter where I connected the wireless adapter I would get annoying crackling and popping or the sound would just cut out. Really disappointing. Seems like hyperx has a history of this sort of issue. 10/10 would not recommend

It Cuts out every other sentence. It’s very hard to contact support; no immediate response. Months later they told me they don’t know what they can do for me. I can’t get a replacement don’t know why but I suggest you find a better headset at five below.

Mic doesn’t work but the headphones are good. Disappointed
