This headset comes with a separate USB to plug into your gaming system. Make sure you keep track of it because it is very easy to lose.

So everything sounds great my issue is that it says it's range is 30+ feet, but the dongle is like a foot away from where I sit and I cut out pretty often.

Sound is of average quality, but the microphone is garbage. Whether gaming or participating in meetings, the microphone sounds like you’re talking in an empty hallway 3 feet away.

Plug and play not very loud audio tends to cut out occasionally but good budget set to get you buy in till you can purchase something a little more premium

Quick review: for the money, I’m sure many people won’t mind but even then there are better sounding headsets for around this price. Very high tin pitchy. Or very low muffled bass.

Had to return, there's no way to adjust the mic volume and friends in the chat party kept saying I sounded far away. Called tech support and they were unable to fix so returned it and stuck with Turtle Beach..

Sound quality is alright, and fits alright on your head. Can buy better headsets for a similar price. Being bluetooth is nice but the batteries die pretty quickly.

I went to the store with $50 store credit and a 50% off coupon and asked them to order these for an Xbox for Christmas. When I recieved them- they had ordered the wrong ones, they were for PS. I took them back to the store and explained I just wanted to exchange for the Xbox ones. The cashier at the Best Buy in Flower mound told me it would cost an additional $50 since their prices change daily! I just wanted to exchange for a mistake that THEY made. I talked to the manager, who reiterated their policy of no exchange because prices change daily. Absolutely absurd! So not not did I NOT get the correct gift to the child for Christmas, but I was being told I had to pay $50 more. I returned it and they did not refund my $50 credit either! Worst customer service ever!

I got this as a 2024 xmas gift for my son and microphone stopped working January 14, 2025. Box says 2 year warranty and yet when I go online to get support it's a chat bot that offers minimal help. Very disappointed in this product and waiting to see if customer support reaches back to me after sending them an email. Christmas present and was out of the country first two weeks of 2025 and product stopped working.

The headphones weren’t great. It felt cheap at times; and the voice quality isn’t worth it. Go for the original ps5 headphones

I personally don't recommend this, not comfortable on ears.

For the price i was not impressed with the surround sound or directional sound while playing on a PS5. Very hollow sounding

I just got this headset today.. I thought it was going to be amazing, but unfortunately it sounds badly muffled when you have it connected to the computer, and you can't connect Dolby Access to it.. I'm sure it sounds wonderful on the Playstation.. I hope I will be able to return this headset and find a better one.

They are terrible they don’t stay connected with the Bluetooth they disconnect randomly would be nice if it was optional for the wire or Bluetooth

Purchased and the mic doesn’t work you have to literally have to put it close to your mouth so people can hear you. The volume will keep going down while you are playing or it will go all the way up and the mute mic doesn’t work at all. Had to buy a new headset less than a month later

Its decent but headset is to stiff and ear cups make your ears itchy after long use
