I bought these and out of the box they were fine. Comfortable, and sounded good - After a week of use, they stopped charging. Returned to Best Buy and bought a new one so I will update as time goes if I do not have any further issues. If it were not for the failure I would have rated them between 4 and 5 stars. Quality is not like a high end brand but neither is the price point. With that being said, for phone conversations it is perfect. I'm sure for a game they would be fine as well. If you were looking for high quality for music these are probably not what you are looking for. All in all for the price they are worth the money (as long as my previous failure was a fluke thing).

The sound is clear and the heat set is very comfortable.

This is a wonderful least expensive route to take if you want to obtain a wireless head set for your computer. It uses a USB port to be able use wireless connections. The range is not entirely bad on this as well. The sound quality is mediocre, but better than just using a standard head set.

These are great after calling the help center for them for help setting them up. They had to walk us through PC settings to get everything synced up but once we figured that out, they were great!

Bought this for work (call center). Works great, battery last all day with no issues. Comfortable, and blocks out background noise very well. Uses a USB dongle, not Bluetooth. Didn't require any driver download or program to use, which is great since my computer is maintained by my work, so I can't run unauthorized programs or even web sites/downloads. My call center uses Purecloud for our calls/lines, and it works with that as well. Only issues is that it shuts off after 15ish min of no sound coming through or mic use. Would be nice to only turn off/on by a command/switch. Only other issue is that I can't use it on my Xbox One l, which is because Microsofts proprietary audio chips or whatever.

It does a good job for simple player-to-player communication. The sound and mic quality are actually pretty good for the price, especially with it being wireless. Not the best, but decent. Plastic just about everywhere and cheap ear cushions.

I got this headset while it was on sale and I haven't looked back yet. I was nervous at first because a lot of the comments labeled it as a 'cheap headset' but I have found no problems with it. Highly recommend if you're on a budget.

Purchased this headset when I made the switch to PC gaming. It's premium quality and I would say could rival some of the other big name headset manufacturers out there. I couldn't pass it up for the price either.

I can’t stress this enough. For pc gaming just buy these. No drops. Great sound. Plug and play. What more do you want. I’ve used several brands. These are lightweight and adjustable. No worries.

Excellent for podcast or gaming and doesn’t start feeling uncomfortable on your ears like some headsets do. Very good quality headset for under $100.

Sound is pretty good. Got good range from my pc room upstairs all the way down 2 floors to my garage. Good volume. Cons to me is the battery life and mic. Battery life wasn’t as long as advertised in my experience. Also the mic quality on pc wasn’t that great. Kept being told the quality was crap. I was quiet and I was constantly echoing. Honestly I got a pair of zanier q20s from Amazon and the Tonor mic from Amazon and the pair is great for pc gaming. I suggest that for a budget set up.

Bought these headphones for my grandson to use with his ps4. He loves them and uses the microphone to talk with his friends while playing video games. Good Value.

I’ve been gaming for a very long time which means I’ve been through a lot of headsets. That being said these have been the BEST ones! The sound quality is amazing.

Son wanted a wireless set to replace his broken wired headset. Mic is not quite as good as the wired set (to be expected), but overall they're great for the price!

Great range allows me to speak from Multiple rooms and use for both audio and video conferencing. Great noise cancellation and microphone. Very pleased with this product.

The volume isn’t as good. They are comfortable but I recommend spending a little more money for something better.

Got these to replace my Logitech ones I had and have had no issues. Wear them for a long time and no discomfort and no cutting out, just wish the charge held longer.
