Since the day I bought them. Tried rebooting remote incase it was that and nothing. I read the reviews and everyone was giving great reviews let me save you time don’t buy and invest in better more expensive quality if your a constant gamer

The sound on this was terrible! I could barely understand the muffled voices of my gaming partners. Spend more and get a better headset! I’m going to try to return this awful thing!

I know I sound clear on the other end so that’s a plus. Easily plug into controlle.
