Good price for this headset. My boyfriend needed an upgrade and wanted to try these out

Great sound and amazing battery however finding a perfect mix between voice chat/game can be a pain at times. LED light that indicates if microphone is muted refuses to work at times.

fits snuggly and well on my ears and I have no had any connection issues.

These were for my husband and he loves them. The only draw back is having to remember to charge them! The only other thing is that it would be nice to be able to see how much charge the headphones have. In other hyperx products we have it states the battery level when turned on, this would have been a nice addition.

Good purchase for my son, he does like the ease of cordless headset and mobility. Everything this works fine with the headset, however not as clear on the sound and wishes the battery would last a little longer, between charges.

Comfort: 4/5 Sound Quality: 1/5 Mic Clarity: 1/5 I have used HyperX for years. From the original Cloud to the Revolver, and Cloud IIs. I Love their wired headsets. Always comfortable and great sound quality on Xbox and PC. For some reason, this is the almost COMPLETE opposite. They are still pretty comfy, about 4 out of 5 stars for me. But the sound quality is HORRENDOUS. Everything sounds like it's coming from the end of a paper tube. I honestly haven't heard anything worse than these. Especially on headsets. Old earbuds are better quality. Maybe it's just me not being used to Bluetooth headsets, as I've only ever had wired. But it is not worth it at all. The mic quality is also horrible. No one could understand me with this. I made sure that the Bluetooth dongle was on the front of my Xbox One, and nothing was in the way. I sit about 5 feet from my Xbox while playing. I don't know if I just got a bad quality headset, as I have no other wireless headphones to compare them to, but when compared to wired headsets, this thing is trash. I hate saying that too, since I've always loved and recommended HyperX. I need to see if I can return these still. I had bought a pair of Turtle Beach Stealth wireless, but returned it before I could use them since I saw that this one was on sale. Maybe I'll have to go back to those. Or just stick with wired.

Bought for my husband. He has a fat head and they fit well. I know they wotk, because when i talk to him while playing he can't hear me. I know he would never ignore me.

I love these headphones they are so comfortable and realiable.

I bought these December 1st and gave them to my husband for Christmas. He loves them. Now it’s been just a little over 2 months and out of no where the volume won’t turn up or down. He always takes care of his things. He puts them right back in the box when he’s done using them so it’s not like they were getting flipped around. Return period ended already so now we’re stuck with these. His cheaper ones that were $30 never did this. He never had any problems. Lots of money down the drain.
