Now scared to even touch anything on them when I’m using them so they don’t bug out, they’ve been so annoying now to have. Wish I would have got something else. Sad I didn’t buy the warranty

Not sure what the material is but it get too hot around the ears after extended wear. Plus the beep it makes when you mute the mic is actual torture

It sounds like you’re under water or you have solo cups on. Not Best Buy’s fault… it’s hyper X’s fault. I do recommend turtle beach stealth 700 gen 2 if you’re wanting a competitive and great sounding gaming headset.

I had to scream loudly on every phone call. The HyperX Cloud Flight headset however, is completely amazing in every way. Lightweight, unbelievable audio and mic quality, super long battery life, comfortable for all day wear, they’re perfect for my needs!! These exceeded all my expectations and I can game all day when I’m off work!!
