I was previously using an Astro A50 (gen 3) for my Xbox One X, but when I upgraded to a Series X I found out that it lacked an optical port. Despite the firmware update to use the A50 through USB, the sound quality was terrible, rendering my A50 useless because I had custom presets that were only usable through the optical port. Now using the CloudX Flight, though the sound quality will never be better than my A50, its good enough for me to play competitively. They fit well on my head and don't cut blood flow to my ears, even with glasses on. Setup is SUPER quick and easy. According to HyperX tech support, the best audio settings to use through the Xbox UI is setting it to "Stereo Uncompressed". The actual build quality and packaging of the headset does not feel like a $160+ product. Mic is clear according to the friends I play with online. To sum it up, HyperX still provides better audio than most other headsets at a reasonable price. I chose this brand because I've previously owned a HyperX Cloud Alpha and I loved it. For now, this will be the headset to use until Astro creates a worthy successor to the A50.

The build quality is great. You can tell as soon as you start adjusting the headband. Some of the alternatives give the opposite impression whenever you adjust them. The sound and battery life are great, the mic works very well (I've played a lot of hours at the end of it), and they're super comfortable. I like the dongle. It makes it easy to use with Windows 10 and seems more reliable than those that pair with the console directly.

These headsets are wonderful. I love them. You plug in the wireless USB adapter into the Xbox and turn on the headset. That's it. That's how simple it is to use. No syncing. Plug and play. The mic works great. The audio is wonderful. I'm not an audiophile, this is my first wireless headset. I had a $30 turtle beach wired (into the Xbox controller) headset. There's a big jump from there. They're comfortable. I have a bigger head and I don't feel discomfort. The cushions are soft. Worth the $160.

I wasn't sure about a wireless headset. I wasn't disappointed with these. My main concern was remembering to plug them in so they don't die. But with the warning system and the lights on the headset it's easy to remember. The sound is great and the chat mixer works well with the Xbox. The headset to me is comfy for around 4 hours of game play. Pretty happy with the purchase.

What’s not to like about this wireless headset,I’m using it on my new Xbox series x and it works flawlessly,the sound is nice,just the right amount of bass,voice quality is very natural and the background sounds,gun sounds etc are very natural ,the ear cups are very comfortable,I love the light on the side of the cups,I’m happy with the weight,they pair instantly with the Xbox

These were a great purchase! Good sound, great battery life and very comfortable. Only issue I have had thus far is occasionally I will get an error message for the microphone connection and I have to unplug the usb receiver from the Xbox and plug it back in to resolve. Also wish they included a pop filter.

This is my second HyperX set of headphones. I have a wired pair which I enjoy immensely.... with the exception of being tethered to my controller and constantly getting tangled in the cord. I have been looking at a set of wireless headphones for about a year now, read many reviews and listened to other gamers on their opinions. My son recently purchased another big name brand and in just under 3 weeks his headphones cracked where the ear cup joined with the headband. As for my purchase, the headphones are sturdy and comfortable. I have worn them at least 3 hours with no noticeable discomfort. The really strong selling point though is the incredible long battery life of the headset. The only issue that I have is how it is paired to my Xbox. It has a USB dongle which allows for communication. Actually not really an issue at all, but good information to be aware of when making your choice. My opinion is there are well worth the price and I'm glad i chose them.

I probabky tried around 6-7 different wireless headsets and this was the best iveeall. As i type i have 4 headsets sitting in my kitchen and im gonna start to return them back to the stores i purchased them from. Thie was the liudestbheadset and doesnt seem to have many issues with connection. I did have to unplug and plug the dongle back in once, but not a big deal. My inky complaint is that the ear pieces are not very comfortable. I loved the feel of the Turtle Beach 700 ear pieces, but oddly enough i found when i was eating eith the 700 the ear piecesthe 700 would push my jaw back because they were so thick. No issues with this and the headset is light which i love. So all the others hwill go back to the store and i am keeping thehyperx

Sound quality is great, Definitely an upgrade from my Previous 80$ Headphones. Base is good, nothing overboard. The highs are clear. Mic works well. Battery life is about 15 hrs. Comfortable enough for long game play. Very easy to setup with x box. A solid headphone

Amazing product. The battery time is amazing . I play one full week / 2 hrs a day. With one time charge. It charged really fast aprox 30 minutes. I love the microphone monitoring. Excellent sound. Comfortable ears cups. Light weigh.Im very happy with this buy.

The headset blocks out a lot of outside noise and keeps me focused on whatever im playing and i can change the audip for the party and game without having to go through a setting

Fits well on your head while playing xbox one, Sounds good while playing games, sounds incredible if you have the Dolby Digital atmos app on xbox, Durability is quite good and the looks are nice, The mic light is pretty cool telling you if it's on or off, Over all quite happy with it

The HyperX, Headset for wireless gaming using the Xbox, was a Christmas gift for my Grandson; he is very pleased with the HyperX; excellent price, thanks to Best Buy.

The headset was really good the audio felt like I was in a room all by myself and all my friends said the microphone sounded amazing 5⭐️⭐️

This was a very good purchase in my opinion. I’m very much pleased with the comfort and the performance. I enjoy playing my XBox more when I have these on because I’m able to block out unwanted distractions.
