Awesome Mic at cancelling out background noise

Other headset mics pick up lots of background noise and this one is great and cancelling that out. Those I'm chatting with are quite pleased!

Great sound- lacking features

What features you ask? All features!! There are none! This is a no frills gaming headset that does two things well: play sound, transmit your voice, that’s it. If you’re good with that, these will be perfect for you.

He loves them ! I took a listen and they had great sound I bought a pair for my oldest sons birthday too.

Sound, comfort, battery, and connection range all 5-star. Plus the dongle for the headset keeps your headset from disconnecting and do to bluetooth interface from other devices. I highly recommended this headset if you live in an apartment complex. The "fancier" headsets that use bluetooth have an issue with staying connected and have terrible range do to everyones bluetooth in the building, but this headsets dongle eliminated that issue.

Do not recommend for anyone

I bought this for multiple purposes which include gaming and work from home. This headset won't stay connected to the computer or Xbox. You have to unplug the usb and plug back in multiple times a day. I tried to delete driver on the pc and reinstall driver but that didn't work either. USB slots on my computer and xbox are in the back of the devices and such a struggled to do this multiple times a day. The sound and mic quality is good but it doesn't make up for this hassle. I'll be returning this to Best Buy but definitely not worth $159 or for the sale price of $119. For this quality it's worth no more than 20 bucks. I hate writing this because I'm a die hard HyperX fan but I've always had wired headsets and it appears I may make a return to wired after this experience.
