I got this microphone on sale , for the price and size sound is pretty good if you need it please take advantage when on sale.

Has good audio quality and it’s easy to use. The mute button is perfect in location and easily used.

I use this as a mic when gaming. It has a small footprint so it fits easily under my monitor if I turn it horizontal. It can be adjusted very easily and makes for a very versatile and portable mic. The tap to mute feature is my favorite part of this mic. They recently released software to address the blinking light when muted which was my only gripe. You can now have the light turned on when the mic is activated and off when it is muted.

This Mic is truly plug and play. You do not have to install any software and the sound is great.

So as much as this one pains me, I’m not 100% satisfied with this microphone. The quality of the sound is good. The setup is extremely easy. And Hyper X makes a great build quality. Now the reason why I didn’t give it 5 stars. If your PC sits on the desk that the mic will be on, it will add a hum to the voice and sound. I’ve tried many things to correct this as I love Hyper X but nothing works other then buying a shock mount. The more expensive Quad cast comes with a shock mount out of the box. If your have the right setup this microphone would be great. For a smaller desk setup it has a few down falls.

Got this as a cheap microphone for my pc. Does everything it needs too. I like the mute button on the top of the mic. Helps when chatting with friends. My friends have no complaints on quality. This is a cheaper mic than most so you get what you pay for and with this one I wasn't expecting much and so I think it does the job for me well.

Picks up sound very well as if i have ear buds in.

Great microphone. Easy set up, simply plug in and use. I like the easy mute button on top.

Bought one for my GF, tried it from her pc and sounded great so I got myself one too. I used to have a Blue Yeti, yes the sound quality is better than the Solo Cast but for the price its not justifiable to buy the Blue Yeti, especially when the usb port breaks so easily on the Yeti.
