Ok, but way too overpriced.

First night trying it, it disconnected every 10 min I had to unplug it and replug it, and when it was plugged in everyone said I sounded terrible, very echo'd and could barely hear me and I had all my streamer setting set to the best possible sound too.... It totally ruined my first stream, returning it immediately!

Great deal, just be aware that it does NOT work with ANY Xbox Console. It’s does work with PlayStation Consoles!

Halfway through the update it said "update failed," and now my PC does not recognize the microphone anymore. In device manager it only appears as "unknown USB device (device descriptor request failed). I am now past the return period for this overpriced paperweight, so spend your money elsewhere.

Posted .Hello! Have you tried testing the microphone device with a different USB port? How about going into safe mode? Hold down the shift button, Select Restart, and the PC will ask you to boot into Safe Mode. Retry the installation process again through NGENUITY.
