Out of the box it did not work. Windows recognized it and automatically set it up as the default, but no sound got to the computer from the microphone. Tested on three different computers and numerous USB ports. It's a dead duck.... and yes, I'm smart enough to make certain it wasn't muted... Even the HyperX firmware update app, couldn't work with it. Returned to the store immediately.

still picks up audio from behind the mic even though its supposed to muffle it out

for a similar price you can get a better mic with a better mount. don't waste your money.

The base could be designed better so it does not fall easily

Have yet to tried it as the stand that holds the microphone came in broken. I went by the store and it was packed, so i decided to wait until the weekend to exchange it or return it.

Had this microphone for just over 6 months and somehow it already snapped off the stand. I liked everything else about the microphone, but just came down to my desk this morning to find it broken.

Worked once and then stopped working completely. At first, I thought it just was not compatible with my device but it turns out It is defective. I cannot exchange it either so I am stuck with a broken mic.

It was not compatible for the X-Box One Gaming system that my son has and purchased it to use with.

Awesome mic less than a year old 9months old now non returnable with a bad mute button !

This mic is a great value! I bought it to replace a cheap desk mic and people can actually hear me in-game now! When using the included desk-stand, I was getting some buzzing, but buying a basic boom arm solved that. It works perfectly for what I needed and was very easy to set up. Highly recommend!

didn't realize it would not work on XBox having to return it

Its a good mic, my voice comes through very clear and I love how easy it is to mute it. Picks up my keyboard presses, which was annoying at first until I downloaded a little program called Nvidia Broadcast, which cancels out the keyboard strokes(for the most part, as long as your not slamming on it to hard) and I couldn't be happier with it.

Amazing, i sit 3ft from it and im crystal clear, Us a noise suppression and it is so much better barely no background noise. I was skeptical at first about getting a stand alone mic, this thing is just amazing. If your on the fence about this trust me buy it, Only thing you have to do is plug in, switch your mic on discord/windows and youre set. VERY user friendly just overall amazing

Fits perfectly on my desk and the audio is clear. I like the mute button on the top.
