This is a really fun game and I absolutely love that they used the same graphics and art style from the BOTW game. It's cool to see what the world looked like before falling into ruins. However, this is a dynasty warriors style game aka hack and slash not like other traditional Zelda games. Still super fun to play if you're into that though.

Okay so, Age of Calamity is a very simplified Musou game. However, that’s not a bad thing. The game is meant to be experienced more so as a Zelda game which it does well. Being able to slash your way against monsters, playing as your favorite characters, and experiencing that sweet Zelda lore, it’s a must-play for any LOZ fan or Nintendo fan.

Well let me start by saying The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild is one of the greatest video games ever created. Seriously. SO there is a lot to be excited about when it comes to this prequel(?) spin-off title. Well, it implements the aesthetics of BotW very well but the gameplay, while satisfying, is very different and repetitive. At the end of the day it's a warriors game, and the story does not actually impact BotW. so if you like warriors games you know what you're in for. Have a fun!

I was pleasantly surprised on how well the devs integrated mechanics from BoTW so well. I thought I was going to get bored of the repeating gameplay quickly, but I ended up doing almost every mission throughout the game before beating it. The story is interesting but a bit of a cop out, but it is also nice seeing all the characters from BoTW get more screen time. Terrible for co-oping though, since your framerate will dip severely since there is a lot going on the screen at once.

I really enjoy this game. I didn't know how I would feel about the Warrior's gameplay with this being my first Warrior's title, but I was surprised at how easy it was to figure out, I am a big fan of BoTW which was my main selling point for this game. Loved all the cutscenes and would recommend this game to any BoTW fan.

A lot of fun if you enjoy Warrior style games- if you have never played one ya might find it a bit repetitive. I personally think this is some of the most fun I've had with a warriors game. The frame rate is doody doe- like after I play it for a while I kinda forget about it but uhhhh it doesn't even hit a consistent 30fps most of the time which can be rough. Also not as much content as Hyrule Warriors DE, but I almost think that is a good thing (HWDE kinda overwhelms me)

Smooth play. Lots of fun challenges. Good back story.

I like that this can be played with two players. It's the same world as Breath of the Wild, which is also nice. It's not as interactive of a world, though--there are places the game won't allow you to go. It can be a little disorienting when playing with two players, but it just takes a little practice to get the hang of it.

Great story line. Very fun game. Highly recommended!

Awsome game i love zelda great fights cool campaing

This game is soooo awesome! I'm a huge Breath of the Wild fan, so getting to see what happened prior to Breath of the Wild is super cool. Plus, it's an entirely different play style than breath of the wild and let's you play as all the different characters in the Breath of the Wild universe

This is a very fun game and take on the franchise. I picked this up as a game that I could play with my gf as it is simple but super fun. You unlock the 2 player mode after you complete the first mission, which basically just teaches you how to play the game so I let her run through that to figure out the controllers.

Playstyle works similar to the first Hyrule Warriors during battles, and introduces an innovative way to power up your characters between the battles. The style is still fun, vibrant, and the characters bring in new ways to customize your play. I'm not a huge fan of normal Warriors games, but Hyrule does it right for me!

This was bought as a gift for my son, so I can't really review the actual game, but since he requested it and hasn't complained about it, I assume it's a good game. Ordering and delivery were fast and easy.
