My kids enjoy this game and were excited to play it after playing the demo. It is not like the BOTW game, but still enjoyable. Best Buy had the best price, plus fast/free shipping. Everything was perfect!

This is a fun game for fans of Zelda and Link. Exploring new places while battling monsters and grabbing loot. The perfect way to spend a lazy Sunday afternoon. Kid friendly too, as it's not as gory as similar games.

HIGHLY recommended must have game for Nintendo Switch and any fan of Legend Zelda games! My child loves it and continues to play it! A DLC for this great game is soon to be available! Amazing!

I’m a huge Zelda fanatic. It’s not your typical Zelda game but I still enjoyed it. Easy gameplay. Kids and adults can enjoy. And does offer a decent prequel idea for botw. Worth the money hands down.

What an upgrade from the first game! The visuals, fighting mechanics and animations are all so well done. If you played the first game and enjoyed it, this one definitely adds more to the experience.

An amazing game and a must buy for anyone that wants to learn more about the lore of Breath of the Wild. This game is full of surprises and more than 2.5 hours of cinematic cutscenes to tell the story.

Great game! I love all the Legend of Zelda games so when this was coming out I had to get it. I knew it wasn't going to be like Breath of the Wild but I still find it a lot of fun. I do recommend it!

If you loved the dynasty warriors franchise, and are a huge zelda fan, then you’ll absolutely love this game

It's not like other Zelda games. If you are expecting something like "Breath of the Wild", it's nothing like it so be advised. It's mostly combat, does not really require any difficult problem solving, but it is quite entertaining. I like the way you also get to play as different characters besides Link.

Hyrule Warriors age of calamity has a much smaller roster than most other Warriors game, but each characters are unique enough. The story is serviceable but who buys Warriors game for the story?

Very fun, super action packed. The gameplay style makes you feel epic as you mow down piles of enemies. Also it is fun to get more info about the world of Breath of the Wild before the calamity.

This is a fun game for those who appreciate the Zelda franchise. Definitely easier than the original Hyrule Warriors, but more expansive gameplay.

I haven't played much of this game yet. I love that you can play as different characters. We get to see how Hyrule came to be defeated and help stop it. This game really challenges my attack skills.

More of a tecmo koei solid mousou title with nintendo coat of pain. More linear story driven than most zelda titles. Typical nintendo polish. 26 hours in and I'm not bored yet. Worth a purchase.

Very fun beat em up for the kids. The only drawback I can think of us that during 2 player mode the FPS takes huge dips on the bigger missions. But for children they shouldn't notice.

This is such a great follow up to Breath of the Wild. Not as breathtaking as BOTW, but this story adds so much to what was in the original game. Have played over 70 hours and still enjoying it.

I bought this game for one big reason - to explore the story of Breath of the Wild more. I can say that the story telling does a lot to expand on that, but I also had some fun with the combat. It’s fast and frantic, and that’s not something you can always say about Zelda. While it’s improved over the first Hyrule Warriors, it does have performance opportunities. If there is a high volume of enemies on screen (which is often) there will be a good amount of chugging and screen tearing in the performance. I have had the game actively bottom out due to everything going on in battle. Overall when its going well it’s a fun shack and slash, but performance issues can be a factor.
