Game stinks... it froze 5 minutes into the tutorial.

This is more like a mobile game than a well developed game

I highly recommend downloading the free demo on the Nintendo eshop first to see if you or your kids would like it. I was skeptical at first as it is quite different from Breath of the Wild but it turned out my kids love it. It does not have much exploration as BoTW but focuses a lot more on fighting. However it has improved a lot from the original Hyrule Warriors and adopted many elements of BoTW such as art-style and cooking. My kids love the cutscenes and the story is more interesting than the original Hyrule Warriors. The best part is the ability to play split-screen local-coop with family members. So it is best to play with a big TV, the bigger the better. It is not for everyone though so it's best to try the demo first.

I didnt buy this game at bestbuy but i still wanted to write a review this game is great and expanded botws story in a very nice way. I typically dont like games like this but theres something about this game that i really like. And I recemend this game for anyone who cant wait for botw 2

More of a fighting/ battle game, not so much an adventure game like Breath of the Wild. Great looking graphics and enjoyable to play. And you can operate the divine beasts.

I got a lot of play time out of the original Hyrule Warriors on the Wii U and put more hours into Breath of the Wild than any other game I've owned, so there was no way I'd pass up this new entry in the cross-over genre, Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity. It was refreshing to return to this version of Hyrule (albeit for an alternate time-line prequel kind of story) and play as many characters you only see in the cut-scenes of Breath of the Wild. The game struggles at times of the Switch due to how much is going on, but it didn't affect my enjoyment of the game. I highly recommend this, especially as a lead up to the Breath of the Wild sequel coming in the near future.

Amazing story and gameplay, havent enjoyed a game like this in a while

diddn't ship until after the game came out wont arrive until monday despite picking to get it on Friday, charge now seems to be non existent on this site, and they take zero effort to help you understand when you will be charged. should have just paid extra on amazon. games great but don't pre-order from best buy ever. when you pre-order a game you obviously want it on release day dont send it out on 7am on the day its expected to arrive
