There are about 3 songs on this album that I like, including her current hit "Single Ladies (Put A Ring On It)", and 4 others that are listenable (or should I say, tolerable). To this end, I don't understand the need for two CDs. Just put these 7 songs on one and "call it a day" - which is precisely what Beyonce needs to do after these first two singles boil over. “Diva” could go on to be another big hit for her, but the album as a whole is drearily soulless. I felt like I was trapped in an elevator in the 70's. I, for one see no harm in an artist expanding their base and trying new genres. Seems like the “in” thing to do now - R&B artists trying the pop thing (Chris Brown, Brandy, Usher to name a few), but Beyonce got carried away with this album, and not for the better. “I Am… Sasha Fierce” is a total 180 degrees turn from her last album, "B Day". Even her diehard fans will most likely feel cheated, and aside from "If I Were A Boy", I don't see much hope for pulling in (and keeping) new fans. It’s interesting that she would call her most boring album “Fierce”. Word of advice: download the singles you like, don't purchase this hodgepodge of blandness.

This is the first new CD I have purchased in many years. I ONLY bought it because I like the song "Single Ladies". Now, what is the deal with 2 CD's for 11 songs? Waste, more work. You have 2 CD's with additional material, a lot of songs, etc. It was a good thing I found this on sale. Black & white photos, 1 with a little color in it? Oh boy. Only SOME songs have the lyrics printed inside.

THIS ALBUM ISN'T SO BAD AS SOME PEOPLE SAY... THERES 3 SONGS I LOVE: DISAPPEAR, BROKEN HEARTED GIRL, AND HALO... EGO IS A GOOD ONE TOO... FOR THE MOST PART I'M SATISFIED WITH THE ALBUM. ITS NOT A SONG TO SONG HIT BUT SHE TRIED SOMETHING NEW AND CAN'T KNOCK HER FOR THAT.....

I believe Beyonce is a strong singer. She has a GOD given talent, but please don't act. Anyways. The album has some inmature moments. She's a grown woman, but the album had a few bangers. Still when you get into there are some that show some growth.

The album is not bad. I'm not saying it better than her last albums but you can tell she had fun with some of the songs and I like listening to most of the songs but it seems like its lacking something

Very good album for Beyonce. Definately evolving with each album. She definately found her niche

All I have to say is that if you dont have plans on buying this album. Then you need to make plans to buy it. The songs on both cds, let you know a little more about Beyoncé. She has said herself that this album is the most personal album she has made. On November 18th everyone needs to go and buy this album.

I love the 2 CD concept w/ the alter-ego (sasha)... both CDs were great. I love every single song, and feel NO NEED to skip songs while listening to the album. She continues to grow as an artist and I love it!

THIS WAS A VERY DISAPPOINTING CD. I MADE THE MISTAKE OF BUYING WITHOUT LISTENING TO IT FIRST SINCE ALL OF BEYONCE'S MUSIC HAS ALWAYS BEEN GREAT. SHE SIMPLY HAS LOST THAT SOULFUL SOUND THAT HAS ALWAYS MADE HER A PROLIFIC ARTIST. THE CD LACKS IDENTITY AS THE TITLE SUPPORTS. THE BEATS ARE ODD AND LACK RYTHUM. NOT ONE OF THE TRACKS HAS A DISTINCT FLOW. IS SHE POP OR R&B? I WASTED MY MONEY. ANYONE WANT TO BUY IT?

Personally, I loved the cd. The songs were very good and the messages of the songs were even better. So for all you haters out there who are hating on my girl Beyonce, BUILD A BRIDGE AND GET OVER IT!!!!

It's Beyonce's best album to date! There's something for everyone on here. She has redefined herself again. This album can't be boxed in and categorized

The artist is expressing herself more in the music. Every album is getting better and better.

B SHOULD STICK TO WHAT SHE'S GOOD AT R&B, POP...NOT FOLK, ALTERNATIVE, ETC. IT'S JUST NOT GOOD AS SARAH M., NORAH, ESTELLE, ETC. I CAN'T BELIEVE SHE'S SELLING THIS. CAN'T EVEN SAY...NICE TRY:(!!! SORRY, IT'S THE TRUTH.
