Ibi didn't come with instructions. But after going online and setting it up, it is simple to use.

This item was purchased to be given as a gift to my dad for his birthday.

I purchased ibi as a gift for my wife. She was always running out of memory on her phone due to photos being stored on the phone. With ibi she stores them to it. I even put the app on my phone so she can share photos with me through the app. She is just getting started . She loves it!

Where was it 5 years ago when I lost a ton of images on my phone? Now that I have it we have the entire family backing up their photos. We haven't fully utilized the Inner Circle and album features, but looking forward to getting into those as we get more comfortable with all it offers.

It really didn't live up to my expectations. I was hoping for more organization capabilities and a feature that would eliminate duplicates. I like the option to share photos with family and friends however, otherwise I was simply using it as a backup device for photos.

Simple setup and operation. Very pleased..Would recommend to anyone.

I found this item to be hard to use. The fact that there were NO directions contributed to this. I do not like the fact that the company wants it plugged in ALL of the time-using electricity constantly. It did add the pictures by date which is what I wanted.

Do you have a friend or family member who is always taking photos and running out of space? This is perfect for them. It's your own cloud service at home. No monthly fees like Apple's cloud service it's nice to have this to back up without a monthly fee!

Good idea, easy to use. However it lags and the images sometimes doesn't even load up on my local wifi. To be fare, recent photos load up ok, older ones might not. you just get filler images as a place holder most of the time and then I give up.

If all of your photos are on smart phones the answer is YES. If you have photos on computers, the answer is MAYBE. Photos from smartphones are easy to send and will be separated by year picture was taken. But there is a BIG difference between the "apps" for smartphones and ROKU which allow you to use all the functions, but the Application for computers is VERY RESTRICTED. I believe that the designers knew little or no about how computers are used. Downloading the apps is easy, but downloading is almost hidden. The download screen has the screen aspect ratio ONLY for smartphones, it is not different for computers. To see the click on download computer application is off the right side of screen - you have to move the screen. I called a tech and she did not know that and had to ask someone else! If your computer photos are NOT in folders that identify what they are about (birthday party, wedding, vacation, etc.) will not work. IBI does support "Folders", but not computer made folders! If they are separated in computer, they will NOT be seen by smartphones or Roku! "IBI folders" can only be created on the APP, not the computer application! IBI also has "albums", but I do not know how they would be different from folders.
