Best thing I ever bought for my personal use and business use. Was able to download a "bunch" and free up the storage on both my phone and computer. The set up is easy and the recall is even easier. This is a no "brainer" purchase.....

Not easy for non computer frequent users to set up

it supposed to be good.if only it suffers hiccups like connecting to the wifi. must have gotten a defective one. good thing i was able to return it and waiting for the replacement. thanks best buy for good customer service.

Gets stuck when uploading large amount of photos. After 2 days of usage, copying photos from cloud drive is not working for me anymore. If just expecting this to copy from mobile to the device it works okay.

This smart little device syncs any phones connected to it and saves all our photos,and can be accessed via their app. great way for my wife and I to keep up with pictures so we can share with family

ibi, The Smart Photo Manager. Wanted to have a way to store photos from cell phone. Ended up returning it, the reviews I looked at were underwhelming so decided to not use it

First GEEK SQUAD had no clue what it was. Second I plugged it in on the Christmas and it stopped working the 28th. Uploaded 5,000 photos (advertised max is 250,000). As I was "safely" uploading them (gives you a prompt stating that) I was deleting them from my computer. Today is Jan 3rd. Been going back and forth with Scandisk about this. They said they will replace the IBI but that I would have to go through a 3rd party to reclaim my pictures. The company, Ontrack Corporate Headquarters Toll Free: 800 872 2599, told me they didn't know what an IBI was and that I would have to pay IF they could retrieve my pics.

I have thousands of photos and my kids have even more. This product has enabled me to get all of my pictures in one place and provided access for my kids. Now they are using it and as a family we couldn't be happier.

I have been using this product so far for a year. Impress with the backup features. I used google photos as well but it gives one more backup for my collection. Very nice product.

Great to know that my photos are being backed up each time I get home. Setup was easy. Everyone in the house gets to use it without being able to see each other's photos.

Nice all in one place to store pictures. I was able to connect immediately and upload photos. The Ibi app works great and love the convenience of this product and it's size.

I am very technologically challenged and was worried I would not be able to use this. My IBI is so user friendly and all my pictures and videos are in a safe place!!! Awesome product!!!

This item has been amazing. Serving as a hub for all our pictures and videos. For our whole family at home. The process to set up and manage is really simple.

Bday present for sis being that her iPhone is the library of Congress of pictures. Supposed to auto sync at night to cloud. Absolutely worth the price

I like the storage size but the only complaint I have is that it has to alwalys be powered on. There is no power switch to turn off storage device.

With Ibi is hard to write a file to your photos and video to it. Found it easy if it just there with no idea what day you shoot or uploaded the photos or videos.

Love this photo organizer-makes it easy and fast to do photo organizing. Will recommend this to all my friends and family, too.
