Terrible Customer Support from ibi

It wouldn't connect to network. The ibi support team is slow to respond to each email. 3-5 days in between each response. Today after contacting them on October 1, I was now told to submit a replacement myself. So I had to start the process over again. The concept is great but I am not sure about this product. I wouldn't recommend due to the Customer Service support from ibi. Avoid this item.

Does work with ATT UVERSE

If you hunt real hard the website says it has a issue with ATT modems. This should have been stated on advertisement. Waste of time
