We bought this and it crashed twice within the first week. We returned it and exchanged for a different brand.

This was my 2nd one in a month. The 1st wouldn't boot up completely so we returned it and ordered another. Another weeks went by and it arrived only to not boot up again. Furthermore, when the 2nd system arrived the mouse was shattered. We returned this one also and didn't order a 3rd. I do not recommend based on both brand new has severe issues.

Kept shutting off, freezing up had to take to repair 3times first week we had it!

First, I would like to thank you for taking the time to read this review! I purchased this computer thinking that because of the 2TB Hard Drive size, and 16GB of RAM, that this machine would be very good at playing newer games at decent graphical settings, at reasonable frames. I was terribly wrong, and of course ignorant then. But now that i've had my hands on this computer for roughly around a year, I have a few things to say about it... DO NOT buy this computer if you plan on playing multiple games or MMO's, at high graphical settings, and expecting 45-60 FPS (especially graphically intensive games). Because of the outdated GPU, and starter level CPU, this PC struggles at games like Warframe, Warface, Besiege, Tera, and occasionally Guild Wars 2. I even considered upgrading the GPU on this PC, and that was an expensive struggle! What they do not tell you, is that this computer has a 350 watt Power Supply, which is VERY low for Gaming PC standards. If you'd want to install a GeForce GTX 980 on this PC, you'd have to buy AT LEAST a 500 watt Power Supply, and a new computer tower (the 980 is a huge Graphics Card, and would not fit in the PC I was given). You may even have to upgrade your motherboard! All that is well over $650! With that much money, you might as well buy a whole new computer! With that being said, because of the minimal GPU, and CPU I would recommend this to people who are new to PC Gaming and doesn't plan on playing too many games, or playing MOBA's and other smaller games due to their minimal graphical requirements: Garrys Mod, Hearthstone, League of Legends, DOTA 2, Smite, etc. In conclusion, if you just want a computer to play a few MOBA's or smaller games with your friends, I would say buy this PC. However I would recommend to anyone who plans on owning a Gaming Computer, to build your own! Doing so will gain you knowledge to your own computers strengths, and what it can and can not handle. Again, thank you for taking the time to read this review! This was written to those of you who were seriously considering buying this computer, so that you would have a better understanding of what you were spending your money on. P.S.: This PC is overpriced.

Item was shipped and came broken, so ultimately we had to return

The computer is really good for price. If you buy it to game or any serious load like graphic designing I would definitly upgrade the GPU. The CPU is pretty good and I was able to overclock it to 4.0 Ghz but you dont need to. The RAM is a bit excessive since all you really need is 8gb but more is better. Finally, There is a lot of storage and I really dont know how to use it all. Al in all its a great PC for light gaming like CS:GO, G-Mod, some CoDs and others. However, if you plan on playing other newer games like GTA V or Arma 3 or Dead By Deadlight definitely upgrade the GPU and maybe the CPU.

We purchased this for my son as a Christmas gift. He opened it up Christmas day and was not able to set it up. We took it back to reorder and were told it was no longer being made. So we had to "upgrade" to a different comp.

For under $650 I couldn't find any other computer with both 2gb graphics card and 16gb of ram. Its been games like League of Legends, CS Go, Tera, and Ark flawlessly. One downside is the fan being a tiny bit loud but that is expected of pretty much every pc. I think this pc has the best value for your money.

The PC was secure in the box when it came and had no damage. It runs games well. it is graphics card is outdated and can't really run top notch games with amazing graphics, but the the low price makes up for that.*keep in mind u can always upgrade it*. The 2 terabyte hard drive is all a casual gamer really needs. The mouse and keyboard that comes with it are good as well. so all in all, if you are looking for a fairly cheap PC that runs games well, this is a good pick. Looks cool to. :)

I bought this computer the first time, but when i got it, there was a system failure, but im almost 100% sure that something came loose during shipping. But went back to best buy and returned it and got the same computer and i works like a BEAST! I have already started playing games that i dont even have to change settings on! The 16gbs of ram is a life saver, multitasking isnt a problem.

This is the BEST gaming computer for the PRICE!! This has a 16GB ram with 2GB Nivida Graphics card! It has 2TBs @ 7200 rpm! I don't like Windows 10 but it comes installed just load the key and WHAM you in! Its awesome and best computer purchased I have made in YEARS! I haven't bought a desktop EVER! This was the first! I have always purchased laptops for the past 18yrs! Now I can say I am totally satisfied with my purchase and you ALL SHOULD GET THIS SERIOUSLY!! The Wi-fi can be a bit slow to pick up and not too sure if that is Windows 10 or the actual device in the computer! BUT I LOVE IT just not windows 10! The company Ibuypower was something I was concerned about with all of the negative reviews but then I started thinking why that was.. I believe its because people who customize the computer might NOT work within the frameworks of their processor and plugging into things that don't match maybe the issues. But this product has already been tested and built! and works perfect!! So I know I wasn't going to have any problems!! PS. I am an APPLE guy who has Macbook Air, Iphone, Apple TV, Apple Router... But this system was too hard to give up! Love AMD and not an Intel guy.

This a great buy. Faster than any computer I have. I had the same issue with things getting knocked loose during delivery. My CD-Rom didn't have power. I called iBuyPower and he directed me on how to get it plugged in. It took about 3 minutes from dialing to saying, Goodbye". Beats having to unplug everything and driving it down to the Geeks.The down side is it doesn't come with an SD card reader but I ordered that separately for $30 and will install myself.

My computer works very fast and did so right out of the box. It was shipped in a very secure protected box. I only wish it came with a more instructive manual. Price was great.

I have only had this computer for a week but so far I have very few complaints. The setup was simple and the computer runs awesome. I am concerned that the power supply is too small (350w) for gaming. But I can change it out with a 600w unit fairly easily. the mounts for the hard drive are cheap and the hard drive had shifted during shipment. This was easily repaired. The unit runs very well very little noise. Bestbuys part of this was sadly lacking. I was told the unit would be at the store on the 7th. When I call the stores automated system on the 7th it said the unit was shipped. I stopped in the store on the 7th and was told the unit would not be shipped until the 10th. Calling Bestbuys 800 number got me a shipping date of the4th with no delivery date. BestBuy needs to check with the vendor before they tell people a delivery date and get everyone involved on the same page.

Overall a powerful machine capable of running any of today's software. I did however have some problems with it initially, in that some of Windows 10's default behavior can cause crashes (such as putting the hard drive into sleep mode). Some research indicates these problems are present only in some hardware configurations. As such, it may not be the best machine for somebody who isn't used to optimizing performance settings. However, once these factors were dealt with, it has proven to be a very effective computer for my purposes.

Downloading mods done in like 1min!!! it also searches very fast!!

Overall Great System... I am using it as a file server primarily, but will definitely do some programming to test out the graphics. Positive: First - the system arrived earlier than anticipated. Second - it looks great. Third - Everything runs as expected. Negative: I wish they made silent fans...

Looks great...runs quickly and great for gaming. Fun computer

The Price of this desktop was worth it due to its high power, i enjoy this computer and i continue to use it for mostly gaming needs i highly recommend it.

After a lot ofor shopping around, this pc really stoodon't out to me, it will render minecraft on max specs easy, as well as runs grand theft auto 5 very well.
