Stats looked good especially for the cost. Unit did not recognize numbers from supplied key board nor a Logitech I had, so i could not enter my windows number. Both keyboards worked just fine on other computers in my house. Skipped set up step. Then it asked me for my password... I didn't even set one up. Connections in back seamed cheap as in I thought i would break it by plugging in the USB keyboard. Called Tech support on that Sunday and they are closed. I returned it that day. For curiosity I called Monday both at 10am and 5pm my time to see if maybe I had done something wrong. Nope still closed.

My first day with it was a productive one with downloading steam and all my games. The day that followed was well the worst day ever the computer would not work I had to delete every thing and reinstall the windows and all that. I no longer have control over the lights of the computer and the discs had software that when I had bought the computer did not have installed. Now I get adds over and over again I know nothing about building computers so this was a disaster... also a bad buy.

I was not happy with this computer as the sound card was bad out of the box I had to return this computer and exchange it for another one I bought a Dell computer instead

This computer gave me more problems then any other.Constantly throwing me offline.Apps would not load.Freezing constantly.The list goes on and on.....DO NOT BUY! Took it back after 3 days worth of headaches.I bought the ASUS Gaming Computer and the ASUS far exceeds my expectations.The ASUS Gaming Computer is top class and performs flawlessly compared to the disappointment of the IBUYPOWER.

I have owned this computer for about a week now and it has been flawless. I recently owned an HP laptop that was not even close to a gaming PC, so I decided to buy my first gaming PC, and this thing blew me away. I have not had any issues except for a power issue that was NOT my computer. Plays Minecraft, CS:GO, Rocket League, Farming Simulator, and many more at 60fps at highest settings with no stuttering or lag! The RGB lighting is very nice and I have not had one problem with the software that came with it to control the lighting. Pretty much NO BLOATWARE and boots up lightning fast. Definitely recommended to ANYONE that wants to REALLY start PC gaming.

Went to set it up and Ithe would not load did the geek squad on line chat they determined it was defective

Really liked the idea of my son learning how to add to and modify the computer, but had nothing but issues. Last being wifi card was very poor. I could only get about 3mbs through wifi while my MacAir was getting 130mbs right next to this computer.

The combination of Win 10 and this platform barely works. On a good day the computer only crashes once, on a bad...4 or 5 times in 3 hours. I'm seriously disappointed with Microsoft Windows 10!

I don't know if the computer is complicit, but it ignores some commands and initiates others all on it's own. The files are all accessed differently, and the menus suck.

I've been happy with this machine so far. Retired my 7 year old ASUS laptop, and wanted a new gaming machine. Only reason for not getting a 5 star is more directed at best buy. The 2 USB ports on the top of the machine were not working out of the box. I called best buy, and talked to a geek squad rep. Her response was bring it in for an exchange, that would be easiest. I live 60 miles from best buy, so I didnt agree with that. With the glass panel, I was able to look inside, and see the cable not connected to the motherboard. No problems once connected. Would have thought a geek squad member would have thought of this right away. Anyways, it is large, but I have the room for it. Very quiet, even when under a heavy gaming load. I would recommend this machine

I was highly disappointed. After 3 days of troubleshooting with geeksquad and iBuyPower, the tower had apparently some hardware issues. I had to return this to the store where they ordered a different one for me online. Something was wrong with the motherboard or cpu. Not sure if it was just a fluke, but I work online so being without a computer for more than 2 weeks is a big deal.

Had to return it got another one it did the same thing. Would not recommend

I was blown away at the amount that I could get for such the small price. I am a hardware nut, so for me to purchase anything, I look it all up. I have to say that I am soo excited that this machine has 4 ACTUAL cores instead of the normal dual core hyper threaded bull. I am definitely and intel guy, but when it comes down to it, two cores is still only two cores. I was a little disappointed that it only came with 8 GB of RAM, but considering RAM goes for so cheap now days, I don't really mind that badly! The NVidia 960 is now definitely outclassed, but I don't mind that much, as just about any computer is outdated the moment its built. All in all, wicked boot times, ASUS motherboard, EVGA 960, and fan and lights... plus a ssd +hdd setup... Heck yes... Let not even begin to talk about the beauty of the NZXT case that houses those lovely internals... We'll be here all day. Face it, you can't get better for this amount out money as of 10/08/2016. DO IT ALL ready, add it to your cart and stop wasting anymore time not doing the things you love!
