Motherboard blew up after 8 months. Customer service & technical support have not been helpful. Almost a month waiting for replacement piece & they continue to try to up sell. Never again will I buy an ibuypower computer

There were too many issues with this computer. After troubleshooting for 3 days with best buy's geek squad and ibuypower directly, I gave up and returned it to the store in exchange for a different one.

I have heard so much hate towards iBuypower and that almost made me not buy this pc. Straight out of the box you have a keyboard (not the best) and a mouse (also not the best). I got this pc straight from best buy and I don't think that will change anything. You get your drivers and yor pc. I have a monitor and id rather use vga so that dvi to vga adapter that came with the pc came in handy. It has an i5 6402p (nothing different from i5 6400 instead of 2.8 ghz on this and on 6400 2.7 ghz). You will also get a gtx 960 and I got msi so im lucky. Warning: This pc is huge. If your used to mid towers then you are fine but if you came from a mini tower like me, you will be suprised. It comes with 8 gb ddr4 2133 mhz ram and the pc comes with customizable LEDs. Ive tried opening stuff and wow this is blazing fast! It also comes with a 500w power supply which is pretty good. I have also tried playing minecraft and it runs at 300+ fps at max settings. If you have the money, you should pick up one of these puppies.

I had to exchange it for a machine that worked. It had design flaws (SSD not linked to HDD in a raid configuration) but not being able to boot afer two days of use was the last straw

I bought this computer when my old hp went down. I paid less than I did 3years ago for a much faster machine. The graphics are so much better an I had to check several times to see if it was running, it was so quiet.

After reading text reviews and watching the few video reviews that are out there I decided to take the plunge and purchase one of these machines. I paired it with 2 27 inch HP monitors. Granted it's only an i5 but it still packs a powerful punch.I installed the new DOOM once it was up and running and OMG! I set the game graphics on High then tried Ultra. The MSI GTX960 is a great graphics card. My son who built his own computer wanted to know if I'd trade. LOL NOPE! Programs load in the blink of an eye. I could go on and on but it would just be repetitive about how nice this computer is. Maybe 6 months I'll pull the i5 out and throw in an i7, but right now this is a fun gaming machine.

I was a bit hesitant to purchase this product when I first was shown it because I had never heard of the brand iBuypower before. I ended up upgrading the RAM right away because I wanted more of it. They did the change right there in the store and also took all the unnecessary apps that come with the computer out of it so I didn't have to worry about it at all. It runs great, smooth like butter. Turns on and off super quickly. Handles large downloads easily without cluttering the system. The BIGGEST complaint that I have with this is that there isn't a port for an SD hc card. Being that I purchased this computer for my Photography degree, it was a pretty big let down. But overall, it wasn't enough to make me return it. I just bought the adapter. I am fairly impressed. I love the fact that you can change the colors and effects right when you start it up easily and there has not been any hiccups whatsoever.

Been playing my with my new bad *** rig. Doom? Check. CSGO? Check. Throwing for skins? Check. Man this thing can do anything and everything. It runs as fast as Usain Bolt... BUT EVEN FASTER. How cool is that??? You think Batman is cool. But this computer REALLY is the hero we need but the one we don't deserve. That's how dope this thing is. Runs everything quick and flawlessly. Quicker than the Flash, Usain Bolt, but maybe not SANIC.

This computer was a great deal for what it comes with. I did a lot of research before buying and this was a great package. The games I've played so far look amazing, better than my Xbox One and it runs extremely fast. It could use more RAM but that's any easy upgrade for the future. It has a lot of room for expansion as well which I love. My only issue is the main Enter button. It is broken. When I click it, it does two spaces. I am also a student and it is very annoying when writing an essay. I'm sure Best Buy will give me a new one since I purchased less than thirty days ago but this was an issue for me at least.

Researched options on Amazon, dell, local custom builders, etc. the custom builder offered the same components at twice the price of this computer. I've tried a few games on this, and it runs great, most on high or ultra settings. I'm sure I could technically build a system at a better deal, but my time is worth more to me. Hopefully this lasts me 5 to 10 years with minimum upgrades needed.

Incredibly easy to boot up. Wasn't expecting it to be as plug and play as it is. 10 minutes later and I am already downloading steam. Amazed at how fast this computer is. Great deal

Runs very fast, looks good. I was expecting the PC to run louder than it does. Great product for the price; shipping was prompt. Would recommend. Boots up instantly. Easy set up.

Got this computer about two weeks ago. The graphics card was a great selling point and I've had no problems since I bought it and made sure everything was secure before setting it up. The transparent casing looks super cool and I like how you can customize the LEDs. Some downsides would be the shape of the casing, which means you can't put anything on top of it, which is unfortunate because it only has two USB ports on the top, which means that attaching a USB splitter is a little weird. Good PC for a great price though!

I purchased this PC 3 weeks ago and it's working wonderfully, it's got a lot of horsepower under the hood considering what you can actually get for under 800 bucks! I'm running Battlefield 1 on ultra settings at 60fps NO JOKE! Full disclosure I did upgrade the RAM to 24GB but that's about it. Bottom line this is a great gaming PC hands down!

I havent had any trouble with this computer yet, and thats saying something... good price... great for gaming... fast AF

so i got this pc for gaming like you are, more than likely considering getting it for as well. if you are on the fence, i would say just do it. it is everything you are hoping for. it runs every game i have tried on medium settings getting around 300 fps so thats pretty good. my only complaint is the keyboard advertised is not the one you will recieve unless you get the step up from this one. (the I7 version with more ram?) overall great pc. 10/10

I wanted to get something that I could game on and use for everyday needs. Set up was easy, and everything was delivered in good condition. I was astounded by how fast boot up was after it was all said and done. It can handle all games Ive even looked at And with GREAT performance. Sadly I wish it had 8 more gigs of RAM, but that is my only gripe and an easy one to remedy, as it has 3 additional slots for it.

I am a mediocre gamer, and I just wanted a desktop that can run most games (including recent ones) on medium level with 1080 resolution. I did not want to spend over 1000 dollars, so I was surfing and boom I found this one selling 800 bucks on bb So far I liked this desktop. I can run most of games on medium-high level with 1080p. I had little troubles setting up at first, but I figured it out and it works great. Would recommend.

its not going to say verified purchase i know, but believe me i have this PC its a beast im younger but i am a PC nerd, one of the olny downer things is that it has a I5 processor but thats the only thing that i am going to upgrade the 960 graphics card is awesome, i run CSGO on the highest settings and it runs smooth!! LOVE IT!
