I've had this computer for 3 years now. No issues whatsoever. However, I did decide to upgrade the GPU to the 2060 super, only because I am using 2(two) 4K UHD 2160p TVs as monitors. GPU plugged right in. Easy set up. Good to go. I hope to keep this computer for quite a few more years, only having to upgrade components as needed.

I bought this PC in the hopes of having a smooth console to PC transition. I thoroughly so far am enjoying it. It comes with some LED lights built in it's pretty cool. Monitor isn't included so be sure to get a nice monitor with it with a low response time.

Got it setup and ready to go in 10 minutes. It also runs quitely and at a low temperature

Just purchased today. Set up was a breeze. All I had to do was power it on and Windows took care of everything. The included mouse and keyboard work great. The pc is very clean and the glass sides and lighting are stylish. I'm totally digging it so far!

I work in Geek Squad and this computer is pretty legit. The keyboard/mouse are pretty cheap, but that's expected. I could have built this computer with the same money, or I could just buy this and not have to worry about it. Great bang for the buck!

best desktop to start off any computer needs whether its gaming or anything else.

This pc wqs a great purchase. I would say the only thing that could make it bwtter is more fans but this allows me to choose the ones i want to put in there

Computer runs great but I would really like it if absolutely everything did not automatically go on to the smaller of the two hard drives. Currently, I can’t even get it to update to the newest edition of Windows because there is absolutely no room on my C Drive. Even though I have no new programs, the drive continues to fill up to the point where there is less than 1GB

Everything is nice. The i7 make the speed faster. I love this one.

The only issue I have with the pc is the analog inputs, one for a mic and one for headset so unless your headset has a splitter on it you'll need a new headset. The pc does not come with speakers either. It will also sometimes freeze whenever I click on anything. Other than those few things the pc will run basically everything on high or ultra settings.

Upgraded to this from a 10 year old asus and am extremely happy.

This was our first time purchasing a gaming computer for our son and it has been a good one. Could definitely use some more memory though! We do have the ability to add more, just haven't gotten around to it.

This computer was purchased for my grandsons birthday, he loves it! It was a cinch to set it up.....and being 13 yrs old, he was right on it!! Thank you Best Buy for having such high quality electronics...

Computer is very quiet. Handles surfing and tasks with no issues. Great deal for the budget gamer. Handles LOL with no issues on highest setting, looks great especially on a 27" monitor with g-sync.

I have been wanting an I7 computer for a few months now, I was debating having one made for me or finding a great deal. I haven't had any issues other than the LED controller is really hard to make work.
