i got this pc for a friend.... as its a good starter pc for someone new getting into pc gaming.... but i am sad on the build... how there NO forward fans for intake.... and how they hide the dongle for wifi and pretty ghetto....

I am very impressed with the quality of this computer. I typically build my own machines, but since my old machine was about to die and I was in a time crunch, I decided to roll the dice and purchase the BB930. First off, it has a very nice design – both in and outside of the box. I added two additional hard drives (another SSD and another TB HDD). The wire management and space management inside the box was simply beautiful. It was very east to locate the additional SATA power cables. I love that the standard HDD’s are hidden on one side, while the motherboard and SSD HDD’s are nicely displayed on the other. It’s also very nice to have the power supply hidden from sight in its own compartment. The graphics card is great. I have some steam games that were really hard on my last machine – both the CPU fan and the graphics card fans in my old machine were squealing away – but this machine runs so smoothly, and so softly. There is a very slight, but tolerable hum; but this computer runs very efficiently. Overall, great performance and nice quality for a very decent price! I would absolutely recommend this computer!

I typically build systems myself but this time I didn't have a chance to do so - so I shopped for the highest end gaming systems available at Best Buy - it was between this and the Alienware offerings. This was a far better value for sure. It is extremely quiet with only a low (and very acceptable) hum. I know that trying to silence these fan-laden beasts is difficult and I think iBuypower has done a great job. The remote control for the LED lighting is a nice touch and allow you to set a "mood" with different colors and effects. So far, it appears to be VERY stable with no crashes whatsoever under Windows 10. It came with Windows 10 Home but I upgrade it to Windows 10 Pro (since I needed it add it to business network and join a domain) Performance-wise, it delivers and the nVidia 1060 is fine for the applications and games that I need. Overall a great system. My one nit is that I wish that it came with a CD/DVD player - that would be have been convenient - I know they are OLD school but I still have a need every so often to read a CD/DVD and this would have been a good addtion.

Bought this exact computer a month ago and decided that since that one was so great, we'd buy another. Computer turned on, but had no output to the monitor regardless of which port we used. Had to take the glass off on both sides and saw that cables were shoved everywhere (way different from the one bought last month) and after trying to fasten cables that must have been loose due to lazy manufacturing, got the display to come on. Aside from going through the registration, I haven't gotten to do much with this one since I had to try and get things that should have been connected properly fixed. Unsure if I'll return this one for another since it isn't sitting well with me that it was put together so poorly.

Spent a ton of money on this & the WiFi is ridiculously slow...literally took 3 days to download one of the games!!! And no disc drive. Very disappointed that I blew so much money on this

I bought this based on the statement by the Best Buy sales rep that it was a very good computer and would more than meet my needs. (NOTE: This is a gaming computer, but I am not a gamer. My work software is very graphics- and analytics-intensive, and the gaming systems are the best match.) This is pretty much the first time I have had to completely disagree with the folks at Best Buy. This thing was a mess! My desktop computer was starting to have some glitches and was showing its age, and so I bought this one to replace it. Big mistake. I work from home, I am pretty tech-savvy, and so I elected to set this up myself. Unpacking it, the thing is very large for a desktop, has tempered glass sides making it easy to get into, but VERY heavy. I guess if you like bright lights shining from the inside of your computer, you would appreciate the tempered glass.... After 3 days of fighting with it to do the simplest installs, I realized I was fighting a losing battle and losing work time. All I tried to install was Microsoft Windows( that came installed but not activated and the key was not provided), Office 365, Evernote, CCleaner, and Chrome) I had not even tried to install any of my work software, but I ran out of memory on the C: drive after only installing Windows and Office 365!!!!I tried calling IBuyPower tech support and the 2 different guys I tried to get to help me were less than sympathetic, did not seem interested in trying to help me, were a bit snarky, and told me I would have to uninstall and reinstall everything....on a brand new computer! When the 2nd guy also said, "it shouldn't take you more than an hour or so for each one", I hung up. Geek Squad compared the system specs by SKU to those reported by the computer - they were NOT the same. Computer had less memory by a long shot. I returned this mess, ordered an Asus, and never looked back. Bottom line - don't buy this computer or this brand.

It seems ok until I checked the system information and I found that it had only 8GB memory. I checked the memory and one of them was not installed properly. I had to take it off and reinstall.

Computer is good but the outer shell is so delicate, you have to be very careful. Glass shattered into a million pieces when we removed ours from box.

Wow. Fast and powerful. Only problem is, windows is bootlegged. The instructions say to activate windows with the s/n on the back of the computer. It's fake! It's short by about 8 digits. Not quite sure how to proceed from here. I'm writing this on a Sunday so nobody is there to answer questions at IBUYPOWER. Will update once rectified.

Basic desktop with biodegradability - LEDs are entry level - great desktop for kids

I bought this Apr 5, 2017 and the motherboard went in Dec 2018. I do not do any over clocking at all. Normal see 5 to 6 years out of a computer. This I did not even make 2 years. If it was made better my review would be a lot different. I was very happy until it crapped the bed.

Good computer but the nvidia graphics card will not work at times.

Good product worked exactly as this product was designed.
