Wonderful PC and even more when paired with a 144hz monitor.

At first i really enjoyed this computer. but a lot has changed since then. Just from the questions alone on this computer people asking if they can just switch the 1060 for a 1080 and them saying yes. complete lie. i spoke with costumer support with ibp and you cant do that you need to upgrade your power supply. not that big of a deal. then all the people saying this game and that game can be handled on ultra blahblah blah. yes they might run on ultra. but you'll probably be getting 20 fps if that. unless they are right and i just happen to get a sh** computer. So beware and do your research.

This tower is super awesome. All except the pre-installed windows did not properly activate and I have the joy of dealing with besst buy customer service.

We got this expensive computer, took half a day to install everything to find out it doesn't have a Windows activation key. Very very disappointed.

I've had this computer a week. Had a new power pack put in because the one that comes with it isn't strong enough. Half the time the computer won't boot up. The USB plugs are so badly made that anything you attempt to plug in may or may not stay. This computer is cheap and it shows in tons of bad reviews on the internet. Taking it back.

I got this desktop for work. For the price it's ok computer. But the wireless suck so bad I have buy a extender for it.

Power supply crapped out less than a year old. Called Ibuypower and the guy LOL'd at me for even buying the "OEM Cheap machine" and refused to help. Called BestBuy to try and get some help and they wouldn't answer questions, just suggested I PAY them to look at it.

Taking it out of the box the product seems to be in good condition despite having shipping damage.

So I bought this computer on sunday. Recieved a bad mouse. Set up computer witha friends mouse and called best buy to see about getting a replacement mouse. They said they can't help me that i have to call ibuypower. So i did this and ibuypower gives me some code number and said that i need to go on their website, fill out some form, and then they would send me some rme number and then i have to call them back and then they could tell me what to do. 5 calls, 3 forms later and still no rme number or e-mail. They said by the end of today. So here i sit going on day 5 and still have no mouse to use my new computer. Very disappointed in this customer service. Hope i never need them for computer help.

Firstly, BEWARE OF IBUYPOWER. They don't support their own products... after having the computer a week, had to call with questions about how to change the cases light colors... stupid in the big picture... they pointed me to their software... that didn't work... they then wanted me to take the case apart, reseat all the cables and well, that didn't work either,,, they then recommended if i got the warranty to take it back and try another... really? its so broken they recommended taking back a new desktop? Runs oculus Rift... but has basic computing and loading issues... bestbuy is cool, i buy power is trash in my book, get the geek squad protection, the manufacturers warranty isnt worth the paper they print it on.

I purchased this gaming PC to play rpgs and other new AAA titles, if only it would boot up. LEDs turned on but it would not connect to an external monitor, and no the monitor was not the issue. I had another iBuypower tower in the past that also gave me nothing but trouble. The great reviews convinced me to give iBuypower a second chance but no way I would ever buy another “iBuypower” again.

The tower was not transferring image to any monitor screens. Monitor screens would just turn on and say no HDMI input available. Had to return to Bestbuy and found out another tower had been return for same reason within the hour. Not worth the buy and Bestbuy did nothing to help the situation.

Purchased this system yesterday set it up and get blue screen error inaccessible boot Driver. Returning to Best Buy today. Extremely disappointed.
